The Brenham Schoolhouse is a boutique hotel in the heart of downtown. The schoolhouse holds sweet history that will take you back in time decades, being the first public school in Texas. The building sat for years untouched but always remained a staple of the town, recently brought to bare bones and restored to what it is today, the hotel offers an elegant industrial charm that still holds history dear with remaining markers in place, giving a fun and vibrant ambiance you will be wowed as you walk through the masculine doors to this smalltown gem. The hotel is offered to be rented in full for approved functions, a perfect for pairing with retreats, rehearsal dinners, business meetings and upscale parties. The building boasts two stories with a large parking lot, fully fenced with gated entrance, multiple common areas such as a lounge area with TV, dining, kitchen, reception desk and multi-level patio spaces with outdoor dining tables. The hotel consists of 7 private rooms/suites, sleeping a total of 23 guests.
