We had an amazing week at this house and Beech Mountain / Banner Elk. The kitchen/ living area was spacious and the outdoor deck was where we spent every night in the hot tub ! Our daughters loved the 3 rd floor bedroom

Francine, evenings on the deck in the hot tub with mountain air around you is exactly what that space is built for. The third-floor bedroom being a hit with your daughters is always great to hear. The mountains will be here whenever you are ready to come back.

My husband and I enjoyed the house tremendously. We were at the mountains for our daughter's wedding. Only draw back to the house is there are no closets. We definitely improvised and used the staircase to hang our dress clothes. We loved the house

Our family of 5 had a great time at this house. It's a really fun house and our family really enjoyed everything it had to offer. Would highly recommend booking this house.

Beautiful home and conveniently located for both Beech and Sugar Mountains. Loved the decor and the amenities! Could use some more dishware and towels in the unit to accommodate families, as well as some clothes/towel hooks since there are no closets, but these are minor and didn’t detract from our stay (although would no doubt be appreciated by future guests, especially at this price point). Thanks so much!

Unique get away

My family and our good friends all enjoyed our stay. What a great place to visit for a nice mountain getaway.We hope to visit again as many other friends saw our pictures on Facebook and want to come on the next trip.

Thanksgiving in the mountains!

This property was fantastic and such a great gem in the heart of Beech mountain! The proximity to restaurants, hiking and attractions was also amazing. The communication with the owner was timely and we will definitely book again!

This is our second time to Beech Mountain and this was the best place we have ever stayed! It is everything you want and more. If you want the best book this place. We didn’t want to leave. Close to the slopes! Thank you!

Incredible A-frame

We stayed at this property for a ski trip over Presidents’ Day weekend. This modern A-frame was a beautiful setting for our group of friends.. I was cleaned and Modern fantastic amenities like a hot tub and the swings down below, which were very cool. The property was closer to other properties than we anticipated but in a very nice area. Cab property management company was very friendly and easy to reach and attentive to our needs. We will definitely rent from them again.!

Magazine worthy

A unique, open layout that’s about 15 minutes up the winding mountain from Banner Elk. The decor and architecture were stunning. Owner was very prompt with responses. For the price point, I was expecting more quality toiletries and not Amazon brand soap. The bedrooms are smaller with no closets. It was a cool place to stay but it could be a problem for people with mobility issues because of the stairs and long walkway to the front door.

The photos are not an accurate description of the home. You cannot tell from the aerial view that there is over 18 steps between the driveway and the front door to the house. I have limited mobility and could not get my mobility scooter up to your house or any of my luggage. The photos also do not show the yellow tape that they put on the stairs when you get there. Bottom line is, I would have never selected this home if the description and photos were accurate. As far as the A-frame itself The home is small. None of the bedrooms have closets and the loft bedroom is inaccessible, You need to be an acrobat to get to it. I’m sure the home is fine for a younger crowd, but not for elderly people even in good health. The worst part was dealing with Property Management. They really don’t care about anything but money. We did not stay but a couple of days till I could find a more suitable accommodation. I guess the lesson learned is asked specific questions as photos can be deceiving. (As for the host, I would recommend you choose your review on me careful..
Multiple steps with warning tape that you don’t see in the advertisement.
The driveway is almost inaccessible with a very big dip and steep incline with no place to turn around.
The loft stair is straight up and down. I’m not even sure how that passes code.

Very cool house! Kids loved the loft room and swings. Very clean great communication. The driveway is quite steep and it is a longer walkway with some stairs to get to the front door so probably not ideal for anyone with mobility issues. It’s more of a treehouse feel than an expensive It’s more of a treehouse feel than an expansive view, but we found it to be very cozy and comfortable. Loved that they had an electric charger very convenient! Thanks for a great stay!
