Welcome to Costa Bella, a beautifully renovated home w/a brand new heated pool 2 miles from Naples' beaches! Located in the waterfront Brookside community, we are under 10 minutes to everything Naples has to offer! With 3 bedrooms/3full baths, we are the perfect place for couples/families to rest & unwind in the Florida sun! Enjoy biking to Tin City/ 5th Ave (1 mi), boating on Naples Bay (1 mi), or playing pickleball at the US Open Pickleball courts (3 mi). We can't wait to host you!

Wonderful family vacation. The house was clean, comfortable and fully stocked. The kids loved the pool and hot tub. Dabney is a great host.

Amenities, Location, Cleanliness, and Space - it was perfect! The hosts thought of everything and anything you may need. The house was impeccably clean. Perfect spot for families. The house is close to everything you’d want to see while tucked into a nice neighborhood. Can’t wait to go back.

Absolutely amazing stay! The house was perfect for our stay, location was central to all of the locations we wanted to visit in the area. Quiet neighborhood that felt extremely safe. The house was well stocked with all amenities needed during our stay and we really appreciated all the items avaialble for our beach trips. The pool and jacuzzi were an added bonus. If I were to ever visit this area again, I would definitely check to see if this home was available.

The place was clean , the hot tub was a perfect temperature along with the pool. The place has been updated and the location was 10/10. We biked to Tin city, walked around the shops, went to the beach and had amazing food. We cooked a few meals in and this is a supplied kitchen ( which is awesome, no running out for a spatula or utility scissors ) the towels were soft and I would recommend this place to stay.

Perfect Stay

This is the best VRBO property I have ever stayed at and I have stayed at quite a few. The attention to detail is greatly appreciated. We were there for business and this is the perfect location. We enjoyed riding the bikes, sitting out back on the patio furniture, relaxing on the comfortable couch. Thank you! Definitely staying here again when we come back next year.

Nice convenient rental

We were in town for a charity car event on 5th Avenue. The location to that area was great and convenient. We found the house spotless and in order. We did enjoy the backyard seating area one afternoon but we did not use the hot tub but obviously a nice amenity,

1st Time Naples Visitors

What a great location for all our needs during this rookie visit to Naples! Just a couples miles from the beach, handy to Celebration Park, easy access to downtown and the list goes on. The Costa Bella Cottage is amazingly appointed. From beach essentials to paper goods to a fully-wares-stocked kitchen. Thank you to Dabney for making it a comfortable and easy-to-use property. We had an awesome stay! Dabney was also uber-responsive to any inquiries before/during our stay.

This place is perfect!

This house was amazing. It was in the perfect location. Close enough that you could walk to town if you wanted but yet in a very quiet neighborhood. The house was spotless and beautiful inside. It had everything we could possibly need for our trip. We were able to use the bikes which we loved and having all the beach equipment made it so simple to enjoy ourselves without having to worry about any of it. There were only two of us in the house but it could have easily worked for a large family. Thank you Dabney!!

10 Stars!!!!! Perfection

I wish I could give this property 10 stars! It was spotless, roomy, top notch everything. Our stay was a delight and the property owner was lovely to deal with (we had no issues whatsoever). The home is equipped with everything you need for a 10 star stay. A nice and flat 1 mile walk to downtown 5th Ave or an amazing bike ride to the beach. I can’t say enough GREAT things about this VRBO. Felt like the Ritz Carlton of VRBO’s. We stayed with 3 friends and to each have our own bathroom was a true pleasure. When in Naples again this will be by place to stay!

Amazing Stay

We were a party of 3 adults and 1 teenager. The house was roomy enough for everyone to have their own bedroom and our teenage grandson had the lanai trundle with his own sofa, tv, and bathroom (perfect set up). The beds were the most comfortable that I have ever slept on while on vacation. The pillows, bed linens, and not to forget the plush towels were a much added bonus. Check in was a breeze. Dabney was quick to reply to any questions. The house was super clean, very comfortable chair and sofa in the living room, plenty of kitchen ware, high-end washer & dryer, lots of beach towels, chairs, coolers, etc. We did not use the bicycles, but one could see they were in excellent shape. The pool was sparkling clean, and we enjoyed relaxing poolside on the comfy lounge chairs.To top off this review, one could not ask for a better location. Highly recommend this rental and I would definitely stay here again.Wynn's Market is a must visit for delicious premade food.

Excellent accommodations. Bungalow home was welcoming and super clean. Beds luxurious. Temperature outside was very cool but pool and hot tub maintained perfect temp. Quiet neighborhood. Close proximity to downtown, and beaches. Our stay here was one of the best VRBO experiences We’ve had.

I love being outdoors and finding new parks, waterfalls and trails to hike both near and far! When I'm not on an adventure outdoors, you will probably finding me reading a good book by the pool or watching my kids play sports!

I have loved hosting and meeting new people through Airbnb! I strive to make your stay as comfortable as possible and give you as much privacy as you want! I am just a phone call away if you ever need anything!

I fell in love with Naples during the pandemic when we couldn't travel internationally and have come back several times a year ever since! I love Brookside because it is so close to the water! We can literally walk or ride our bikes to the Brookside Marina, Tin City and even 5th ave! I also love that we are so close to the Naples Pickleball Center where you can find me most every night we are in town!

Everything is new and fresh at Costa Bella! No used or 2nd hand furniture here! We strive to make your stay feel luxurious and peaceful in our clean, renovated and modern home!
