Our Stay at Fairway Courts

The property was as described. With the exception of a couple of blackouts, we had a very pleasant stay and were very satisfied with how the owner and VRBO handled the blackout situation. The property was clean and well equipped. The host was very courteous and responsive at all times. The view of the lagoon from the terrace and the kitchen window was spectacular. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed and more. We enjoyed dining at the restaurants at the Palmalova Shopping Center as well as nearby restaurants in Humacao. Due to the rain we were not able to use some of the facilities but enjoyed one visit to the pool and jaccuzi, a short walk away from the property. The guards at both security gates were courteous and informative. All in all, we felt very safe in a community that has tight security visible throughout at all times. We will definitely consider Mr. Santiago's home on future visits to the island. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Conveniently Located

We love Fairway Courts. We have stayed in this specific community for years. This was our 1st time in this specific unit / owner. It is a well appointed space. My kids utilized the desk area to keep up with homework while away.The kitchen is very clean but is lacking a few items. Very minimal pots/pans if you plan to cook. Otheriwse excellent kitchen.The outdoor table chairs were very comfortable and utlizied daily!Our biggest disappointment was the lack of beach gear. They offered plenty of balls (football, volley, soccer, etc . ) but no beach chairs, umbrella or boogie boards which has always been available with other units we've rented. They do offer (1) beach mats but they are not comfortable. Chairs qould be preferred.Our complaints are minimal and would 100% book this unit again. Just some feesback for the owner.As I've mentioned we've stayed at Fairway Courts for years and absolutely love and will plan to return again next year. Some feedback for the owner(s) when you attend HOA meetings: the pool furniture cushions have outlived their lifespan. Moldy and flat. Umbrellas at pool are mostly broken. The pool was very low on water the entire time we were there. The same chunks in the bottom of the pool are atill there from last year or possibly even the year before which could explain the low water. Last year the hot tub had thermostate issues which seem to have been fixed but the jets now are not working. Overall it seems the HOA needs to spend money.

Tennis players paradise.

The condo is beautifully decorated. Had everything we needed. Owner was very prompt in responding to any question. Check in was easy. Our kids attended a tennis camp and we could watch them play from the condo. We didn’t have to worry about parking and the kids could walk to the condo for lunch. Easy walk to restaurants and beach. You do not need a golf cart to get around. We have been staying at Palmas for the last 10 years and this was one of our favorite condo complexes. Highly recommend! PS- The beds were heavenly. Especially after a long day. Not to mention the balcony.

Casual elegance

Loved this upper level unit, especially the covered balcony/ terrace, and Mediterranean details. Everything you need is there, and the owner was very attentive!

Wonderful stay

We spent a few rainy days at Palmas. The property was very comfortable and made our stay easier given the cloud and rain. It was very clean and communication with the owner was very helpful. Palmas Del Mar is large so we rented a golf cart to get around in a fun manner. Renting the cart was also an easy proces. I highly recommend this condo given its location, cleanliness and support from the owner. Hope to visit again perhaps on sunnier days!

I loved my stay in this property

This was our fist time staying in Palmas del Mar. Our stay was pleasant and we all enjoyed it. This apartment is very clean, spacious, with all supplies and a lake view. I'll definitely consider for our next time. I loved our stay here! 100% recommend!!! Lastly, the communication between the host and us was excellent.

Wonderful Space!

Palmas Del Mar is a beautiful manicured resort area, with restaurants and other amenities within walking distance from the home. The home presented well, was decorated with thought and care & was clean. Kitchen is well stocked with everything you need. Location to pool and ocean perfect. We will be back to this area again.
