*Golf: 3 Private Golf Courses that guests may use (green and cart fees apply). Be sure to call and get tee times at least a week in advance.

Drugs/Smoking/Fireworks: We do not permit illegal drugs of any kind on the property. Fireworks are also prohibited.
Because we have close neighbors, smoking is strongly discouraged around the home and strictly prohibited in the home.

All sheets and duvet covers are laundered between guest stays. Smoke and CO detectors as well as fire extinguisher gauges are checked for functionality.

EXTENDED STAYS longer than 2 WEEKS, inquire about DISCOUNT

FEES?
Smoke/Marijuana smell in home: $200 Fee. This can be from just having the product in the home and/or on clothes you smoke in so be mindful and leave those in your vehicle.
Pets: Not allowed
Stays 10 days and greater are subject to mid-stay clean of $35 added additionally.
