The fully remodeled kitchen (completed July 2025) showcases brand-new appliances, wine fridge, modern finishes, and is fully stocked with everything you need to cook and dine with ease. The living room is designed for relaxation, offering comfortable recliners, a cozy electric fireplace, and a selection of books for those quiet moments after a day in the sun.

The spacious master suite offers a king-size bed, a large TV, and a walk-in closet. Its private ensuite bathroom feels like a spa, complete with a soaking tub, separate shower, bidet, double sinks, and anti-fog mirrors. The mini-master suite also features a king-size bed, TV, walk-in closet, and its own ensuite bathroom with a shower, double sinks, and anti-fog mirrors—perfect for added privacy.

The kids' room is both fun and functional, featuring two bunk beds (each with a twin over full), a twin trundle, and built-in storage drawers. It's fully equipped with toys, a TV, and a gaming system to keep younger guests entertained. For families traveling with little ones, a pack n' play (with sheets and blanket) and a high chair are also provided.

Step outside to enjoy the sparkling heated saltwater pool with western exposure, where you can soak up the Florida sunshine and take in breathtaking sunsets. The private dock offers direct Gulf access, with the open Gulf of Mexico approximately 12 nautical miles away, making it an ideal location for boating, fishing, and waterfront relaxation. Launch the included double kayak from the private kayak launch and explore the surrounding waterways, cast a line with the provided fishing poles, or simply unwind by the water. * * This home welcomes up to two small dogs (under 35 lbs, non-aggressive breeds only) with prior approval. A nonrefundbale pet fee is required and covers standard pet cleaning.

Please note: This home has a minimum age requirement of 25 to book the home, children are welcome to stay in our homes with an adult over 25 years old. A rental agreement will be emailed to you after booking and must be signed prior to your arrival. Smoking is not allowed on the property. Kayaks are to be used at your own risk.

Security Cameras: This home is equipped with exterior security cameras for the safety and security of our guests, neighbors, and property. Cameras are located at the front door. Cameras monitor exterior areas only. There are no cameras inside the home or in any private outdoor areas where guests have a reasonable expectation of privacy.

For your convenience your home will be stocked with a one-time, complimentary starter kit of the following items: toilet paper (3 rolls per bathroom); paper towels (1 roll); soap (1 bar or liquid soap each at the shower and bathroom sink); dish soap, for washing dishes by hand (1 small bottle); dish soap, for dishwasher (enough for 6 loads); laundry detergent (small bottle) (enough for 6 loads; 1 small package dryer sheets); trash bags (1 in each trash can; extras under the kitchen sink); coffee pods (1 per guest for first day).
