Luksus, kort gåtur til West Wall Lift, Hot Tub!

Thank you so much for your kind words, Laura! We're thrilled to hear that the property worked well for your needs. We hope to welcome you back again soon!

Thank you for your feedback. We're truly sorry your stay didn't meet expectations. We understand how frustrating inconsistent hot water and TV issues can be. Our team responded during your stay to troubleshoot the television, and we're sorry we weren't able to get it resolved before your departure. We're also continuing to work with the building to address the hot water issue so future guests don't experience the same problem. We appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention, and we're sorry we fell short of providing the experience we aim for.

Thanks so much for your thoughtful review! We're so glad you enjoyed the condo, the decor, and the property overall. We appreciate your patience with the temporary water interruption, but we're glad we could get everything back up and running quickly. We're also sorry the hot tub wasn't at the right temperature at the start of your stay. Since the hot tub is maintained by the building management rather than our team, it took a little longer than we'd have liked for them to complete the service. Thank you for your patience while they got everything back to normal. We hope to welcome you back to Crested Butte again soon!

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We apologize you were not able to operate the fireplace and for the difficulty of locking the doors. We will address these issues for our future guests. Our staff can be reached 24/7 with any comments or maintenance issues. We appreciate your feedback and would be happy to host your group again!

We’re sorry about the humidifier filter condition. That’s something we’ve addressed with our housekeeping team to make sure filters are checked and replaced regularly. We also understand the ski locker space can feel tight for larger groups. Those lockers are building-provided and unfortunately sized the same for every unit. We appreciate you letting us know about the hot tub as well, and we’ll pass that along so it can be looked at. Thanks again for staying with us and for sharing the feedback.
