Tucked away in the jungle right off of the main road just steps from public transportation. This is a brand new build in a peaceful quiet neighborhood. 2 bedroom 1 bath sleeps 4 adults with AC in every room and a fully equipped kitchen with gas stove, high speed internet, smart TVs, and security cameras. We are centrally located between Quepos and Manuel Antonio national park, 6 min. to beach by car and parking available on premises.
Expect visits from local wildlife and magical sunsets.
The space
This property is shared with an identical house next door, it is an UPSTAIRS unit.
There are 2 bedrooms with queen size beds. House comfortably sleeps 4 people. We are located in a private residential neighborhood with gorgeous views and lushjungle surroundings.

The kitchen is fully equipped with coffeemaker, refrigerator, toaster, microwave andgas stove/oven. There also is an island for dining. A/C is in every area of the house. The bathroom is spacious with rain shower heads. We have high speed internet, wifi and smart tv's. Also for your peace of mind there are security cameras that only record outside spaces.

Chances are you will see our neighborhood sloth hanging in the trees in front of the in front of the house. Hummingbirds, TiTi monkeys, toucans, scarlet macaws, iguanas, etc.all visit our property on different occasions.

Maid service is available upon request during your stay. Angie, will also be available to do your laundry for an extra fee of $12 per load. Or there is also a local laundromat a few houses away.
Guest access
You will have full access to the house and the only common spaces that may be shared with other guests are the outside spaces including our new the outdoor shower. Parking on premises 4 wheel drive recommended
Other things to note
The common space between the two houses is being worked on. There is also a new OUTDOOR SHOWER fun for after the beach rinse.
