Very spacious and very clean. Working air conditioning which you'll need in the Montego heat! Amazing 10/10 host. Had an issue with the patio door and host had someone come help fix it in minutes! The view is incredible. If you want the feeling of your own apartment in a building with 24/7 security overlooking doctors cave beach, this is the place! Would stay here again.

This was the perfect apartment for a 3 nights stay in Montego Bay. The unit was much bigger than we expected, and had everything you could expect and more! The hosts were extremely attentive and made the check-in process a breeze. The king sized bed was so comfortable and last but not least, the view! Simply picture perfect. We will definitely rent this unit again. Highly recommend!

One of the best views of Montego Bay from the balcony you will find at any price point !Nina is an excellent host and the apartment is in great shape ! If you’re looking for a cab look for the light blue teal cab out front his name is Andre and he is one of the best tour guides in Montego Bay!

The unit was good for the 3 nights we stayed but any longer would have been a disappointment. If I could have rated a 3.5 I would have. The bed was very hard and the apartment and building itself is dated.We only used the fridge so we don't know if the other 2 appliances worked. The shower had great water pressure and hot water.The view is exceptional and there are a lot of options for dining. .The beach club is very nice but could get pricey if you go everyday. 9 dollars USD for entrance per adult and then an additional fee for chairs and umbrella. Total cost 35 dollars USD for 2 adults. There is a beach down the Strip past the Pork Pit that is free and quite a lovely park with change rooms etc. Harmony Beach. The Strip at night is busy and there is a lot of noise. I personally wouldn't stay again just for the simple reason that between the bed and the noise I got very little sleep. My husband on the other hand loved the bed.

This was an amazing find! The host was super accommodating to all the requests we had for them, including date of stay changes. The bed is spacious and comfortable, the kitchen does its job adequately with a good fridge and great stationary. The balcony is an excellent place to cool off and people watch or watch the sunset. It’s right in the heart of the strip and the building staff were very nice and made us feel safe. The A/C kept us nice and cool and the showers work great. Would 100% stay again!

Great views

Online description was right on. Recommend this place for a couple looking to enjoy a stay on the Hip Strip.Host was responsive and quick to resolve any concerns. Had a great time and would definitely go back here again.

Escaping the cold

This is the 2nd time I’ve booked this property it has everything you need!!! New tv was put in and worked great! Location is top notch waking up every morning to the view of the beach is absolutely amazing and you can walk everywhere you need to go. Will definitely be back

Great vacation home

This apartment building is was very clean with 24/hour security. The apartment itself was clean and bigger than expected. The pictures don’t do justice.

Great Property in Excellent location

Great view overlooking the beach and Hip Strip. Starbucks and ATM right across the street. Great communication from the host. Have stayed here a few times before and enjoyed the experience but this room was nicely updated with comfortable king size mattress and exceeded expectation. Will stay here everytime I visit Mobay if there is availability.

Jamaica

This place was very clean had everything we needed including a washer and dryer!!! It was in a Great location my favorite part of the day was coming back from docs cave and people watching on the porch in the afternoons. Nina was a great host very fast response to anything I needed. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone and would say again next time I’m in Jamaica 🇯🇲

Clean, great views, just dated

The condo was just like the pictures, amazing balcony with great views. The ac was definitely struggling to keep the place cool. The building was secure, which was great, but definitely run down. We've learned most of that area of the hip strip was abandoned except for shop owners hassling. Three good beaches in walking distances though and that's why we choose this place. Owner was communicative!

The hot water doesn't work well. The apartment smell a bit musky when Air Conditioner is off. Awesome view.......

We apologize for the inconvenience, it would have been nice to know of your concerns during your visit. We tried to touch base with you multiple times to no avail. The place is spotless and unfortunately those bugs are common in the Caribbean, however sometimes they do come in, that is why there is bug spray in the unit. My husband was there right before your visit and he said he had no problem with the hot water, however we will have the maintenance people check it out.

IT WAS A BIT DIFFICULT CHECKING IN,,,, BUT OVER ALL MY STAY WAS OF EXCELLENCE! THIS UNIT IS EXACTLY WHATS ADVERTISED. VERY WELL MAINTENANCED, CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE. THE VIEW AND LOCATION IS BEST. THE HOST WAS RESPONSIVE AND CHECKED TO SEE IF I ARRIVED. I WILL FOR SURE CONTACT THIS HOST FOR MY FUTURE STAYS! THE BUILDING IS VERY MUCH OLD AND NEED RENOVATION, BUT THE AREA IS CONVIENT. Mo Bay getaway

Beautiful Location, but the building is outdated. It reminds me of the worst house on a beautiful street. It would bring down the value of everything around it in the United States. There is so much potential for the building, but apparently nobody cares. I'm guessing it will remain the way it is until someone demolishes it or someone realizes the potential and fixes it.

Staying on the Hip Strip

The property was had great ocean views and a great location on the Hip Strip close to downtown Montego Bay. The building staff were very nice and we felt secure during our visit. The property itself wasn't as clean as we would have expected upon arrival, especially the dishes in the kitchen. Also, we had trouble getting hot water in the shower during the week. Finally, it would have been great o have access to the washer and dryer in the unit (closet is locked). Overall, though, the unit was a great value and we would return.

Thank you for reaching out to us as this is the first time anyone has mentioned a cleanliness issue and we find the situation unacceptable. We will have the hot water looked at. Please note that our listing does not indicate that there is a washer and dryer available. The use of that is restricted for the cleaning people because of historical issues.

Vacation

Property is an older building. Clean but needs a lot of update. Not enough parking for the number of units. Apartment not as it appears on website. Bathroom needed attention. Air conditioner not working appropriately. Host was extremely nice but manager not very attentive which air conditioner not working. Location is perfect with beautiful view.

Bed bugs in the bed this sucked

No salt & pepper. No Kleenex. No dish soap. No bar soap. No paper towels. The water gave us a loose stool so had to boil the water. All of this should be provided. Bed Bugs got to my girlfriend on the second night.This really set us back. I won't recommend this Dump to anyone.

It is unfortunate that you did not enjoy the apartment, as that is highly unusual. We are sorry that you had so many issues and will take your suggestions into consideration. That being said, we certainly DO NOT have bed bugs. The mattress is ENCASED in not 1 but 2 bed bug protectors, so it is impossible for there to be bed bugs and just to make sure I had the property manager check the mattress, what you are saying is false. Your girlfriend was probably being bitten by mosquitos. You are correct in that there should have been salt and pepper and body soap. I have discussed with the property manager and she will address. There was and is dish soap, you just need to pump the built in dispenser at the sink. You would also note that in my communication with you I indicated that we do not provide paper towels and that you would need to provide your own. Once again we apologize for your experience.

Maintenance Required

Property in urgent need of overall maintenance, particularly the bathroom, the washer and dryer area (washer lid was rusty). The cooking knives in the kitchen need changing, they were dull and useless. Salt and pepper shakers were empty…. Consider investing in black-out curtains for persons who may want to sleep in late and not be disturbed with the rising sun. The electrical socket to the left of the TV was not functioning. You need another patio chair (make it a pair) in addition to the lounge chair. The 2 left burners on the stove were not functional. All of the burners on the stove need changing as they are all rusty.

We have stayed in this building a number of times prior to our purchase. It is the ideal location for vacation getaways and business travelers, everything you need is practically at your doorstep.

Derfor er dette overnatningssted unikt

The building is located on the tourist strip, surrounded by bars, souvenir shops and restaurants close by. You have the freedom to structure your vacation as you want. The studio is better value than a hotel room, the kitchen provides you with the ability to make meals therefore cutting costs on eating out.
