Summary:
Admirals Quarters 302 balcony will be closed 11/1/24-2/28/25 for repairs! This luxurious condo will offer that luxury feel along with the peaceful serenity of direct beach views! This unit features 3 bedrooms each with en-suite bathrooms, a fully stocked kitchen with fine finishes, and a large balcony to enjoy the gorgeous sunrises & sunsets over the gulf water. Enjoy the outdoor pool, heated indoor pool, and fitness center/sauna throughout your stay! This unit will not disappoint!

The Space:
***PLEASE NOTICE- The roof replacement project will begin November 1, 2025 and continue through February 28, 2025, and pool repairs are scheduled Nov 1 – Dec 31, 2025. The indoor pool will be closed, and lobby access to the outdoor pool will be restricted for safety. Guests can still enjoy the outdoor pool via the east garage entrance.

Upon entering the unit, you will see the first king suite on the right. This room features a Tempur-Pedic mattress, large smart TV with satellite cable, walk-in closet, and large bathroom with walk-in shower.

On the left side of the hallway, the 2nd king suite features a large en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, large walk-in closet, box fan, hair dryer, smart TV with satellite cable, and dresser.

You will see the laundry room located on the left sided wall with front loader washer/dryer and iron/ironing board.

The kitchen features upscale appliances/fixtures, built-in microwave, ice maker, wine cooler, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, blender, and all cooking essentials.

The living room consists of a large sectional couch, 2 chairs, and 1 lounge chair with ottoman. This room has direct access to the balcony and breathtaking beach views!

The primary king suite is located to the left of the living room and boasts gorgeous furniture, dresser, smart TV with satellite cable, and direct balcony access.

Enter into the primary bathroom to find an oversized walk-in closet with barn doors, double vanity, plenty of cabinet storage, a gorgeous clawfoot tub, and walk-in shower!

Guest Access:
All guests will have access to everything inside of unit 302 and private balcony access. Guests will also have public access to the 2nd floor parking garage, outdoor pool, indoor heated pool, sauna, fitness gym, and beach access!

The Neighborhood:
Admirals Quarters is located only 0.8 miles when turning left onto Perdido Beach Blvd! Enjoy the close proximity to Publix grocery, Walgreens, Coastal, and some of the best restaurants in town! You will not have to travel far to enjoy all the entertainment and amenities of the area!

Want to visit the Wharf to enjoy shopping, movies, nightlife, and entertainment? You are in a perfect spot with only a 5 mile drive to more fun!

Getting Around:
Upon entering the complex, take an immediate left to drive up the parking garage ramp to the 2nd floor. You can park in any open spot which are designated for guests! When entering the unit, you will see the parking passes, please place those on your dashboard throughout your stay! (2 car limit per unit)

You will see luggage carts located by the elevator which you can take directly to the unit. Please do not bring carts inside the unit to avoid hitting the walls.
