Mini Cabin with Pickle ball court !

Summary:

Quaint and Cozy Cabin on Historic Main Street with King Size Bed and Sofa Sleeper can sleep up to 4! This Rustic, yet Modern Cabin is on the same 3/4 Acre property as the Pieper Mansion, (originally built in 1893) and the Adobe "Mud House" (built in 1882). Local Shopping ,Restaurants and Green Valley Lakes /Park are just steps away. *Small Dogs are allowed, 25lbs strict limit. Please notify us if you are bringing your dog because you must agree to the Pet Policy Agreement prior to your stay and pay the $100 Pet Fee. Check in at 3 p.m. and check out at 11 a.m.



The Space:

This Cozy Cabin allows Small Dogs, 25 lbs max. Please understand we are strict with this policy due to the small space. No cats allowed. (Breed Restrictions Apply). The pet fee is $100 per night 2 dogs max) You must agree to the Pet Policy and Pay the Pet Fee prior to your stay. Therefore, please inform us if you have a Pet staying with you. Cabin 3 is located on 3/4 Acre lot as well as our other two mini cabins and the Main Cabin (Pieper) This Cabin is a Clean, Cozy, Cottage feel. The Bedroom has a King Size Bed,dresser, nightstand & Large Screen TV and sliding barn door for privacy. In the Living Room area is a Sofa Sleeper with Full Memory Foam Mattress **Please let us know if you will be using the Sofa Bed so we can be sure to supply the bedding prior to your arrival**, A Large wall mounted TV and Dining Table with 4 Chairs are in the Living Room area. There is a small kitchen area that includes a Toaster Oven, Antique Style Mini Fridge, Microwave, Keurig coffee machine, plates, bowls , cups, mugs, utensils and Sink. Bbq grill essentials are included as well. Internet is provided. Two Gas Grills are available outside for Guests to use as well as a Large Wood Fire Pit (Fire restrictions may apply in dry seasons) NEW Pickle ball court, ping pong table, and gazebo with outdoor seating is available for all cabin guest to use!

A Key Code will be provided to you the day of check in as soon as your cabin is ready.

Neighborhood: The cabins are located on Historic Main Street but very private once you enter our parking are. Historic Main Street in Payson Arizona has several Antique shops, Coffee Shops and Restaurants all within walking distance. Green Valley Lakes/Park is within also within walking distance of cabins and hosts many special events throughout the year! From Fourth of July celebration and fireworks, concerts in the park on weekends, splash pad during the summer months, as well as ice skating and Paysons annual Electric Light parade in December! All parades come right in front of the cabins! There are many Hiking trails for all levels within a short drive from cabins. The Tonto Natural Bridge State Park is just 22 minutes away! We have a guide book as well with recommendations for places to eat and visit! Keep an eye out for Elk in the early morning and early evening! Especially down by Green Valley Lakes! Please do not try to approach or feed the elk.

Getting Around:
Walking, Hiking and Driving are the preferred methods to experience this Mountain Town. Along Main Street and beyond, Payson offers Shopping and lots of places to have breakfast, lunch or dinner! Take a 10 minute walk to visit the Parks and Recreation office at Green Valley Park to get your fishing license and enjoy the sunset on the lake. Approximately 20 minutes away, you can choose to visit The Tonto Natural Bridge State Park, water wheel trail and swimming, east verde river, flowing springs and Woods Canyon lake. There is a visitor guide inside each cabin with some great fun activities and dining options.

Other Things to Note:
Our Cabins are designed for the Adventurer in Mind. Although each of our Cabins do not offer a Stove or Oven, they come equipped with a Microwave to Heat your food and 2 Gas BBQ Grills , and outdoor seating for your daily use. Free Parking for ATV Trailers is available . No Smoking of any kind is permitted on property. ** Please note we DO NOT provide shampoo, conditioner or body wash due to people with allergies.
