Guests are required to sign our Renter Agreement in addition to any platform agreement.

Per platform policies, Good Day Getaways is authorized to hold a security deposit due to our API integration with their platform. Guests are required to provide this deposit at least 2 days before the start of their stay. The deposit will be held securely and released within 7 days after the stay, in accordance with platform policy, provided there are no issues.



The pool is available seasonally from late May through late September, depending on weather and HOA schedule. If you're visiting during May or September, please contact us to confirm pool availability for your stay.

The condo was very clean and comfy, the kitchen was well equipped, they provided towels for the bathrooms and the beach, the comunicación with the host was great they give us clear instructions of how check in and out processes is. The pool is big and clean the beach is pretty close.

Excellent place for a family stay

Very clean and just steps away from the beach. The pool was also nice and never crowded. We loved it!

Very nice place

We had a wonderful vacation. This cottage is clean and very nice. We really enjoyed the pool. Short distance to the beach. Also walking distance to restaurants and shopping.

Wonderful condo in OBX

Wonderful experience from start to finish. Condo is immaculately clean and very well furnished. Communication with the host/property manager was a breeze. Highly recommend this condo for any family visiting the OBX!

Great stay in Corolla!

This was our second stay at this development in Corolla. The condo was perfect for our family. It's up-to-date, clean, and very close to the pool and beach. The Currituck Beach Lighthouse is right across the street. The batteries died to the lock on our condo, and the property owner was out in less than five minutes to resolve the issue. Amazing service! We are looking forward to more stays in the future!

Great couples' getaway!

Property is as advertised! Minutes walk to the beach. Brand new and clean with all the amenities per the advertisement. Nice and quiet, slept like a baby. Was able to prepare our meals in the kitchen, as well as grill outside on the gas grill. Lots of shops nearby, and a Harris Teeter 5 miles up the road. Lyn, our host was great! Answered all the questions we had and was super responsive at a moment's notice. Highly recommend, and will stay again.

Very nice place. Everything was clean, nice and in good working order. It had everything we needed. We liked that we could walk to restaurants and attractions. The pool was beautiful and literally right outside the front door. A very short walk to the beach. We used the grill every day and it was so convenient to fix a quick meal after being outside all day. Only negative thing I could possibly say is that one of the nights was cool and we decided to take a drink outside and sit at the pool where there were several fire pits. Not one of the four fire pits had a gas tank hooked to them. Maybe it was too early in the season but a little disappointing.
