Thank you for your feedback, Gaby! We’re glad you enjoyed the game room and outdoor space. We’ll replace the coffee maker to improve future stays. Regarding the trash, we understand that larger groups or longer stays may generate more waste, which is why we provide two additional bags beyond the standard bins. We kindly ask that guests ensure trash is properly bagged and follow the check-out instructions. That said, as communicated by our reservations manager via email, we’ve decided to waive the excess garbage fee this time as a gesture of goodwill. Thank you again for staying with us, and we hope to welcome you back for another pleasant stay in the future! - Team VR365

We sincerely apologize for not responding about the fire pit – that’s definitely something we’ll work on improving. Regarding the can opener, we didn’t receive your note, but thank you for leaving one behind! It’s a small touch that future guests will certainly appreciate.
