Experience Whistler in the Creekside bars, restaurants, and shops but enjoy the convenience, peace, and privacy in your own quiet and serene environment!!!

A GREAT LOCATION FOR ALL SEASONS!
Situated in Creekside, a minute walk to the chairlift, this 2-bedroom, 2-floor loft-style condo has everything you need for your perfect Whistler stay. This property has convenient access to shops including the Creekside Market supermarket, coffee shops, BC Liquor Store, ski shops (with Winter rentals), and Whistler Mountain Kids Camp, a ski school and daycare (Winter only). Lots of great, quaint restaurants within walking distance. Whistler village is an 8-minute car or bus ride away. Local and Vancouver city bus stop is 50 meters from the complex.
The new 10-seat Creekside Gondola & 6 person Big Red Chair are steps away! Take advantage of this incredible upgrade to Creekside Base and book your perfect Winter Vacation at this Creekside location.
THE LAYOUT
Walk into an entrance way with space to store your skis, a bathroom with stand up shower is located at the entrance as well. The kitchen, living and dining area create an open concept feel to entertain the family. Lounge by the gas fireplace with your loved ones, watch TV and stream your favorite shows. On this main floor, there is a king bed for 2 people to sleep. Access the patio to use the BBQ and create a delicious meal for the family!
The downstairs living room has a pull out couch that sleeps 2 people. Walk up the stairs to the lofted bedroom (Queen) sleeps 2 people. Please note: there is a portion open to the downstairs (like a loft style bedroom). May not suitable for small children. In the loft landing, there is also a king bed that sleeps 2. On the upstairs floor, there is a full bathroom with a shower/tub combo.
KITCHEN/DINING
Cook your favorite meal in the fully-equipped kitchen with everything you’ll need to cook breakfast, lunch, and dinner. A brand new Waffle Maker, Rice cooker and Crock Pot are also available.
Dine or play games at the large dining room table for 8. We provide coffee, tea, sugar, oil and select cooking spices for your stay.

SKI/BIKE STORAGE
Ski and Bike Storage are available for our guests. There is a bike rack in the front of the building as well as ski storage inside the unit at the front door.
PARKING
FREE parking is available for our guests for 1 vehicle. There is limited visitors parking, first come first served and requires a pass.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
The entire space is yours and yours alone! You will not be sharing with others.
We will be available by text, email or phone call 24/7. If you need something in person, of course we can help as well; but we like to give our guests space while on vacation.
Creekside is a wonderful neighborhood that has its own shops, restaurants, grocery store, and liquor store. You’ll have everything you need just a short walk away. Creekside also has free public parking for those larger grocery shops.
The Creekside gondola is a great option for skiers as it is generally less busy than the gondolas in the main village. It can be accessed just a short ski down the hill, a walk along the road, or a drive down into the free parking lots Creekside offers.
The Creekside area of Whistler is the original base for the mountain. It now serves as one of several bases for Whistler-Blackcomb and has easy Gondola access to all ski/biking areas. Creekside is the perfect location for a family getaway as it is quieter than Whistler Village. Enjoy all the conveniences of being surrounded by shops, bars, restaurants, liquor stores, coffee shops and much more. Walk to Nita Lake Lodge for lunch and relax and indulge in their amazing full service spa. Or take the Valley Trail from Creekside to `The Lakes` and enjoy the scenery and alpine views of Nita Lake and Alpha Lake Park. Go exploring and rent kayaks or paddle boards from Wayside Park in the summer.
NOISE POLICY
The building itself is home to many residents that live in Whistler full time, so excessive noise past 10pm is not permitted (especially on weekdays).
Down to Creekside village/gondola:
- 5 minute walk
- 2 minute walk + 1 minute ski
- 1 minute bike
- 1 minute drive
To alpha lake:
- 10 minute walk
- 3 minute drive
- 3 minute bike
To Whistler village:
- 8 minute drive
- 20 minute bike
All other surrounding areas of Whistler are just a short easy drive along the sea to sky highway!
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
Any stay over 14 nights will result in a mandatory mid stay cleaning fee of $150 charged to the guest on top of the cleaning fee paid on reservation.
This entire property is NON SMOKING.
We provide a complimentary starter set of basic toiletries & coffee/tea. Guests will need to purchase or bring their own if they need more than what`s supplied.
If amenities like the pool, hot tub, sauna, or ski-in/ski-out access aren`t available during your stay due to circumstances beyond our control (such as but not limited to repair, maintenance and weather conditions), we cannot be held responsible.
There is a noise monitoring device plugged into an outlet at this property. This device records decibel levels ONLY, it does not have any other recording capability. The device is called a `Noiseaware`. It is plugged into a populated area (for example: in the main living room). Please do not unplug this device.
