Nestled between the intracoastal waterway and the Atlantic ocean in quaint Wrightsville Beach, is Boater's Haven! Enjoy sunsets over the waterway and sunrises over the Atlantic just steps from your front door on Wrightsville Beach. Conveniently walkable to restaurants, coffee shops, Roberts Grocery, and shopping and situated just a few blocks from Johnny Mercers Pier! Get the best of both worlds when you want to step away and enjoy the quiet of the waterway while still being close to all that Wrightsville Beach has to offer!

Our 5 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom home boasts an expansive living area for guests to gather, spacious decks on every level, a fenced yard, and even a beach area along the waterway. We provide a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for hosting families or larger groups. Guests can enjoy full dock access and access to the boat lift.

Linen service is included in the cleaning cost. In addition to sheets, we provide fresh bath towels, bath mats, and beach towels with each stay!

Bedding Configuration: 2 King, 2 Queen, 4 Twin (2 Single, 2 Trundle)
Parking: Assigned parking for 3 vehicles in paved driveway and garage
Pet Policy: Pets are permitted with payment of $100 pet fee (up to 2 dogs under 75 lbs)

Check in is at 4 PM and Check out is at 10 AM. We unfortunately cannot offer early check ins or late check outs during the high season but can accommodate luggage drop off while you enjoy the beach! Use of boat lift requires security deposit.

**A signed rental agreement is required upon booking. You will be contacted and sent an agreement for e-signature. If the agreement is not signed, Lumina/KPU reserves the right to cancel the booking.
