Parking Notes:
All vehicles must have a valid parking pass displayed on their dash. Only one vehicle per unit allowed. Limited parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis in the underground parking garage. A parking pass is no guarantee of a parking space. No RVs or trailers may be accommodated. Vehicles without parking passes will be towed.

"Knoll Lot" - The main, free lot for the ski area.

Walk to the base of the ski mountain in minutes! With all of the nearby amenities, a car is not essential.

Parking is available at our community, along with a free city bus stop within walking distance to the community.

Other Things to Note:
The amenities are managed by an HOA and are completely outside of our control.
