"Perfect Sunsets Lake Home has 3 bedrooms, sunroom and plenty of entertaining space! Directly on Lake Winnebago with private pier! You can swim off the pier with sand bottom. Bring your boat and launch nearby. Our spacious outdoor area with outdoor bar for relaxing by the lake, dining table, firepit. Great entertainment space indoors with a living room right off the kitchen with lake views. Cozy up by the fireplace indoors too! Located near the winery where you can enjoy local wine.

Huge fire pit on lake front & grill. Amazing sunsets and fishing. Ice fishing, winter activities, Summer fun & magnificent nights at the huge outdoor fire pit (wood is not provided)!

A master suite main level w/ full bath and 2 bedrooms upstairs and a full bath (shower and tub). Open concepts kitchen/dining/living with floor to ceiling fireplace, walk out to one of the best views the lake has to offer!


Pier goes in on Memorial Day and comes out Labor Day!

***Summer: May not tie your watercraft to pier - storms form quickly and waves may reach 2 feet - ruining your boat and our pier. Multiple launch points for boats within 3 miles. There are boat rentals in Oshkosh or Fond du Lac for daily rentals.

Warning-lake flies are in full force in May. Typically around Mother’s Day. If you haven’t experienced them on Lake Winnebago please research how many there are what it’s like on Lake Winnebago. It's not much fun to be outside during this time.

The home is located on a quiet lake front "Beach" street this is a private road with aprox 20 other neighbors please be very quiet and respectful of them all.

The home has 2 parking areas that holds a max of 2 cars each. No parking on the lawn please!!
