Beautifully remodeled 3bd/2ba ground floor condo directly facing Mission Bay! HUGE ground floor patio directly on Sail Bay with panoramic bay views! Unit comes with 1 car garage and 1 assigned parking space behind garage. Unit is within a small, gated complex ideal for a quiet family vacation! Excellent location within walking distance to the Catamaran hotel, bars, restaurants, and Garnet Avenue in Pacific Beach.
Interior upgrades include new carpet in bedrooms, ceiling fans in bedrooms, ceramic plank tile flooring throughout the living areas, central A/C and heating, dual paned windows, quartz countertops in kitchen, new kitchen cabinets, stainless steel appliances and new furnishings!
Each of the 3-bedrooms include a comfy king size bed. Wake up in the large master suite with direct views of the beach. There is a separate laundry room consisting of a full size washer and dryer.
For parking, use the 1 car garage and the additional assigned parking space behind garage. H:7' W:8' L:19' San Diego Sunset does not guarantee your vehicle will be able to fit in the parking space provided, nor are we able to provide additional parking if the assigned parking is too small.
