About our unique Style:
Victorian `Steam Punk`: Is a fictional setting in many stories that inspired our design choices here. The themes explore a period of British history from 1837 to 1901, when Queen Victoria reigned. It was a time of industrial, social, and cultural change, as well expansion of the British Empire. Many steampunk stories are set in this era or draw inspiration from its style and culture of the this period. Create your own stories here!!

You will be making a Self-Check-in reservation, that is really simple! Don`t worry its super easy and I send you step-by-step instructions ahead of time so you can ask any questions.

The reservation includes Self-Check-in process, so you can arrive anytime on your check-in day after your Check-in time. Be sure I am aware ahead of time, if you plan to arrive later than the Check-in window.
It is likely I am out of town during the time of your stay, I won’t be available in person, and prefer communicating through the app. My phone number is for emergencies. I always have someone in the city available to help in emergencies.
I send you easy step-by-step Check-in details a full day before your arrival so you have all the info you need on hand before you get here. It makes planning your trip and the arrival easy and smooth.
If you have questions about anything I am happy to help and always make efforts to reply to you as quickly as possible (between 12am to 8am I might be slower to reply or asleep but I will reply back first thing in the morning).

Nearby is Montreal Old Port, The Village, Plateau district, downtown business district is just a 3-5 minute taxi. Mount Royal park is just 10 minutes away, lovely park directly across the street for an afternoon picnic.
Sherbrooke metro station is just 1 minute walk door to door. Get around town easily and quickly with the close metro station, and several busses on the nearby corner.
This bustling area offers an eclectic mix of cultural, culinary, and entertainment experiences. Immerse yourself in the city`s rich history as you stroll along charming Saint Denis Street, lined with trendy boutiques, cozy cafes, and renowned restaurants offering a diverse range of cuisines.
Explore the iconic Sherbrooke Street, home to prestigious museums, art galleries, and historic landmarks. Indulge in the vibrant nightlife scene with lively bars, clubs, and live music venues.
You will be just seconds from Metro Station Sherbrooke.
From here you can quickly get across all downtown, and even the surrounding Montreal area. Easy access to Parc Jean Drapeau, La Ronde, F1 Race Track, and so much more very quickly.
Within walking distance there is so much to see and do. Saint Denis street is a cultural hub of Cafes, Bars, Clubs and amazing restaurants. You have weeks worth of activities all within a few minutes walk.
Several busses pass right outside and on the corner.
Specifically bus #24 on the corner is frequent and travels along Sherbrooke street across all downtown, great option to cross downtown while seeing the city above ground.
The city shared BIXI bike system has bikes available nearby outside the Metro Station entrance and along the park across the street. Really convenient on week nights and weekends!
(Super tip! Take a Bixi Bike and visit Park Mount Royal or the Old Port).
- This location is brand new, you will be one of my first guests here. If you have any feedback or feel something is missing that you need, please let me know in a message. I am always happy to hear feedback and maybe there is something more I can provide for future guests.
-If I am out of town but I always have someone committed to caring for my guests. The apartment`s housekeeper can tend to your needs. If you need anything, please contact me and I will let my housekeepers know to assist you. However, they may need some time to arrive.
-My check-in window closes at 12 AM, after which check-in is still possible, but if you need to reach me, fast replies are not guaranteed, I could be asleep that late at night. For very late arrivals, be sure you have received the instructions if you are arriving outside outside the Check-in window, and ask any questions before you arrive.
- In very rare case, if we see any security flags associated with the reservation we hold the right to confirm your ID on check-in. This is very rare, and I will notify you immediately regarding any concerns that arise.
- This is an apartment in a building with other units. The building maintenance may need access to the property in very rare circumstances to resolve emergencies (such as plumbing or power issues). They have the right to access the unit for purposes of inspections, emergencies, or urgent repairs. Again this is very rare and I always notify you in advance to the best of my abilities.
If the reservation is cancelled and qualifies for a refund according to the cancellation policy, a 3.5% payment processing fee will be deducted from the refunded amount.
First of all, I know you will enjoy your stay! Most guests are wonderful, and these guidelines simply help keep the apartment and community safe and comfortable for everyone.

This is a residential building. Parties, events, and excessive noise aren’t permitted. Please observe quiet hours and be mindful of neighbors all times of day.
👥 Registered Guests Only
For safety and building rules, all visitors must be included in your reservation’s guest count. If you plan to have someone visit, please let me know in advance.
🚭 No Smoking Indoors
Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the building. Smoke outside only. Extra cleaning fees or eviction without refund apply if smoke is detected.
🐾 No Animals
Animals aren’t permitted due to a serious health concern.
Service animals are welcome—please inform me in advance if there is anything I can do to make your stay more comfortable. Emotional Support Animals (ESA) must be declared to the host ahead of booking (appropriate documentation required for ESA).
🌙 Check-in & Late Night Arrivals
Check-in and check-out times are listed on the listing page For same-day bookings, access instructions may take up to 1 hour to generate after your reservation is confirmed.
You’re welcome to Check-in after midnight, but assistance may not be available. The host is not responsible for issues after midnight. Please share your ETA, review the check-in guide, and ask any questions in advance.
🚪 Check-Out Time
Late check-out is generally not available due to cleaning schedules. Unscheduled late departures may incur additional housekeeping fees.
🧼 Care for the Apartment
Please treat the space as you would your own.
• Remove shoes at the door, avoid food and drinks in bedrooms. Dispose of trash properly. Do not stain fabrics or linens please.Keeps doors and windows closed and locked when leaving or on rainy,snowy, or very cold days.

Please follow check-in instructions in your Guidebook carefully and keep doors and windows closed and locked when leaving. Lost keys or security items may require replacement fees.
🧻 Supplies for Longer Stays
Basic consumables are provided to help you get settled during your first week. For longer stays, guests should restock items as needed.
🛠 Maintenance & Emergencies
In rare cases, building management or the host may need access for urgent repairs or inspections. Guests will be notified whenever possible.

If using public or street parking, please follow all local signage and regulations. In Montreal, always double check the parking signs.
