Featuring one king bedroom and two queen bedrooms, a well-stocked kitchen, spacious dining room, and cozy living area, this home is designed for extended stays. It's our goal never to miss an opportunity to communicate with you. Although there are a variety of pathways for interaction, we employ text messaging to communicate pre-arrival, during-stay, and departure information to our guests. A link to the property's digital guest book is texted to you before arrival and includes information to help make your stay seamless.

Guest must sign simple lease agreement with owners.

Guest will have access to the entire home except for owner and storage closets. The home is equipped with a keyless entry.

Important: Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations and our good neighbor commitment, as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so as soon after booking as is reasonable. This will enable a quick and easy check-in process. You will also be given the choice between a non-refundable security deposit ($10) or a non-refundable damage waiver ($35 for each 30 day segment).
