Pros:Breathtaking water views. Sufficient cooking /serving supplies for larger group. Oil, salt, pepper, sugar, coffee, a little toilet paper and paper towels, dish soap.Cons:Advertised as 4 bedrooms but 1 bedroom (the one with 2 queens) is a loft and thus open to the entire house (7/8th walls). Not great for sleeping - definitely wouldn’t expect to use as a kids’ room if you want to put them to bed early. My son slept up there and we had to creep around and be super quiet so as not to wake him up.At the time we rented, there was no mention in the listing that it was part of a larger house and someone might be in the unit below. The description has been updated, but this happened only after we rented. The two large burners on the cooktop were broken. This made cooking for our large group a real pain. The owner reached out after we left regarding damage to a blanket (a small burn mark) on one of the beds. We told him we didn't cause it; we neither took the blanket near the fire pit nor had matches/lighters. My son noticed the burn on check-in but didn’t think anything of it. We’ve never taken pictures of existing dents and dings in rentals at check-in, as these things happen. The owner replaced the old 45-Marshalls gray blanket with a much nicer down comforter and is charging us 140 for it. So, if you do rent this property, TAKE PHOTOS of any damage you notice when you get there if you don’t want to be subsidizing the owner’s upgrades.
