Retreat to this bayside home to rest, recharge, and relax. Enjoy a spacious stay with pool and bay access just minutes from the beach. A block from mouth-watering restaurants, this centrally located stay provides all the amenities of a beach getaway while providing enough space for the whole family to enjoy.
The downstairs features an open floor plan living room, dining area, and kitchen. The kitchen features a massive island for all your hosting and cooking, complete with four barstools for additional seating. Nearly every kitchen tool can be found in the cabinets, from a blender, toaster, coffee maker, baking sheets, tupperware, chopsticks, dishes, and wine glasses. Off the dining room is a massive pantry to hold groceries, snacks and beverages. There is a half bath downstairs and mud room that leads to the garage. The garage features a ping pong table, along with pool and beach toys, and camp chairs for your use.
Upstairs you can find the bedrooms, two full baths, and the washing machine and dryer. Two bedrooms boast king size beds with 4K Roku Smart TVs. The kids room features a full bed and single bunk bed, reading nook, and 4K smart TV. There is a pack'n'play that can be added to any room, if needed as well as a baby gate for the staircase if desired.
The back porch provides a wooded view of Wolf Bay. The neighborhood shared pool is just steps away. There is also a kayak put-in with sandy shore a minute's walk away.

Backing up to the Wolf Bay, with a kayak put in and sandy spot to watch the sunset and look for dolphins, I love this quiet street with the kid-friendly pool just minutes from amazing restaurants and entertainment.
