The Space:
This charming family-friendly chalet is packed with amenities and fun for couples and small families.

The cabin includes:
- 1 King bedroom, 1 Queen bedroom, 1 full bath
- Loft with comfortable seating
- Fully-stocked kitchen with stove/oven, dishwasher, fridge and microwave
- Smart TV where you can quickly sign-in to your favorite streaming service
- WiFi for streaming movies and holding video calls
- Wood stove for cozy nights

Outside the cabin, we also have:
- Brand new hot tub – perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring or skiing
- Deck for lounging or making dinner on the gas grill
- Outside fire pit with seating - perfect for s’mores and campfire stories

Please note:
Parking on the property is limited. Guests are welcome to use available street parking nearby if additional space is needed.

Our cleaning team sweeps the deck, stairs, and walkways before each arrival, but due to the natural setting, you may still notice some leaves, pollen, or similar—especially during certain seasons. We appreciate your understanding as nature tends to leave its mark, no matter how often we tidy up!

Wi-Fi is provided, but due to the remote setting, service can sometimes be slower or spotty. We suggest downloading any essential content in advance.

We often take our three little kids and dog to the cabin with us, so we're very family- and dog-friendly! Unfortunately we don't allow cats (we're allergic).

Thank you for understanding, and we hope you embrace the adventure—this peaceful, scenic setting is what makes your mountain escape so special!

Beyond the cabin itself, we love how close we are to Bryce Resort – only about a 5 minute drive away! The resort has tons of things to do – from skiing and snow tubing in the winter, to swimming, kayaking, and golfing in the summer. And of course, many great restaurants, bars, and shops as well. Plenty to keep everyone entertained!

Cute little place

Overall we had a nice stay. It was great to bring our dog for her 16th birthday. The main living area was spacious with plenty of room for a kennel and other dog accessories. The host was extremely nice and responsive. The area was nice - we went to Bryce Resort for their July 4th festival. We enjoyed the grill. One of our biggest draws to this place was the hot tub. While it was operational, it was quite dirty. There was even floating corn kernels and ramen noodles in it - quite bizarre. The place was sort of clean but had some room for improvement. Also the neighbors were louder than I had expected - which is not the host’s fault, but still good to know. We were here over July 4th and neighbors shot fireworks until midnight every evening. Overall, I still felt the place was a good value for the money. It was good for a dog friendly trip and staying mostly in, which is what we really wanted.

Relaxing

I had mixed feelings upon arrival, it was a bit worn down, which didn’t show in photos. Grill was fantastic, but deck needs a few boards repaired, just for a start. The trees surrounding the property are super relaxing so we soon started to relax. Bed is super comfy and linens are high quality. Towels are fluffy. Location was good as well. Access to the hot tub is not for anyone who cannot get around easily, but they will likely fix that. Overall, we had a very relaxing weekend and enjoyed despite the fact it was a bit worn down and in need of love.

A nice little countryside escape

A good spot in a somewhat secluded neighborhood. The cabin was well furnished, ample space to cook. The location and directions were easy to follow. The hot-tub was available. Host was quick to respond. The house is in the middle of a hilly community

Cold Cabin!

The chalet was having issues with the baseboard radiant heaters, and it was not able to stay warm. There are 5 heaters throughout the house and only 2 functioned during our stay. Even though we reached out to the host within a few hours of check-in, it was still not fixed 7 days later when we checked out. Had to resort to using 2 space heaters that we moved between rooms to try and stay warm.Location was good, very quiet and close to Bryce resort. The kitchen was fully stocked, except for only having 3 forks. The living room and loft were cozy and good for relaxing.

Blue Ridge Sistacay

Tony provided excellent communication before we arrived and throughout our stay! The property was very private, located on a quiet road, it was as described. Inside was a very cozy cabin style, with floor to ceiling windows and a loft sitting area. The kitchen was well equipped, we had linens and towels, super comfy beds and a deck with outdoor table and chairs and a gas grill. Our favorite, both nights of our stay, was relaxing in the hot tub!! We journeyed out into the Blue Ridge and relaxed nicely once we returned, we agreed we’d stay here again!!

I live in DC with my wife and three young kids. I love camping/hiking, drinking (and sometimes brewing) great beer and wine, exploring new restaurants and shops, and traveling all over.

Derfor valgte værten dette overnatningssted

We spent years searching for the perfect getaway and wanted to be close enough to DC that we could do a day trip. We fell in love with the area – and Mulberry Landing in particular. We love how cute and cozy our cabin is, and all the fun outdoor activities we can enjoy year-round. :)
