Welcome to our happy place! Lovely and spacious home on Lake Bomoseen with the ability to hold 16 people! The main floor includes large living room, kitchen, dining room, half bath and laundry room. Above the main floor are 3 bedrooms including the main bedroom with ensuite and a full bathroom. The lower level contains a living room, kitchen, dining area, full bath and 3 additional bedrooms. This custom built home sits just steps from the lake with a dock space and swimming area. Spend your days enjoying the lake views and sunsets on the wrap around porch and use the open floor plan for family gatherings. This home is meticulously maintained and offers year-round living for all four seasons. There is plenty of room for your family and friends. Close to Killington (45 min), Okemo (45 min), Rutland (20 min) and more!

The property has a dock, swimming/fishing area, deck, front porch, ground floor deck, fire pit, grill, outdoor dining and seating access to tons of biking and hiking trails, and views of the lake with beautiful sunsets. We are a quick walk to Crystal Beach! Boat rentals can be arranged through Woodard's on the south side of the lake, or you can bring your own boat and use our dock.

In the fall, take in the colorful foliage around the lake along with pumpkin and apple picking at one of the nearby orchards. You can also stop in at one of the many farmer's markets and fall festivals in the area. In the winter, you can enjoy ice skating, skiing, snowmobiling and ice fishing. Head on over to Killington for more fun in the snow! At the mountain, you can hop on a scenic gondola ride or snow tube. Down in town you can take a guided snow shoe or snow mobile tour. Not interested in the cold? Make yourself an appointment at Killington's Grand Spa to relax and melt all that tension away.

Our home operates on well. For this reason, we ask our guests to be cognizant of their water use. We have taken numerous precautions to avoid the well running dry including an addition of a 1000 gallon holding tank and water efficient fixtures.

This home has one Ring doorbell camera located on the right side of front door which looks out to the street. In addition, we have security cameras over the garage, yard and back of the house. There are no indoor cameras located on property.
