This Stylish Modern apartment-oceanview has 1bedroom/1bath located on the 1st floor making it very accessible. Parking is located right outside the door. The apartment is a single level with open layout. The place is very well decorated with a modern touch. You will enjoy proximity to town only a 10 minute drive to Downtown Rosarito, as well as many other great places to visit, 45 minutes away from Valle Guadalupe and Ensenada only 30 minutes from the San Ysidro border.
Welcome to our Oceanview Apartment/Condo. This 1 bed/1 bath unit offers the perfect combination of modernity and convenience, making it the ultimate retreat for beach lovers and vacationers alike.
As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a spacious living area, furnished with a modern style decor. The living area opens to the kitchen.
The fully equipped kitchen features appliances, and ample cabinet space, making it easy to whip up delicious meals. Breakfast bar to enjoy meals is adjacent to kitchen.
The Bedroom is complete with a comfortable Queen-size bed, and an en-suite bathroom with a spacious shower.
This condo also includes all the amenities you need to feel at home, Smart TV's, high-speed internet access, ceiling fans, private security access.
As guests, you'll have access to several amenities in the community:
Community Pool: You can enjoy the community pool during your stay. This is typically included as part of your accommodations.
Jacuzzi: If you wish to use the Jacuzzi, there is a cost of $200 pesos per hour. This fee covers the use of the Jacuzzi for one hour. Advice 1 hour before using to security.
Community Park: The community also features a park. This provides a pleasant outdoor space where you can relax or perhaps engage in outdoor activities.
Security: The community is gated and has 24/7 security. This ensures a safe environment for all residents and guests, and controls access to the community facilities.

Our location is very convenient only 10 minutes south from Papas and Beer 🍻 and the downtown area. Adjacent to the famous Hotel Calafia. For our surfing friends were 5 minutes to the famous surf 🌊 🏄♀️ 🏄 spot Km. 38. Puerto Nuevo the lobster village 🦐🦀 is only 15 minutes south of us.
