Our property manager may be able to meet you for check-in during regular business hours when available, to help familiarize you with the property, review key rules and guidelines, and answer any questions.

The condominium also has a front desk operated by a third-party team. While coverage may vary, they are often available for onsite assistance and general questions.

Week of fun!

We absolutely loved staying at this property! Plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable. The condo provides more amenities than we needed, but were awesome to have. We loved the rooftop pool and will come back for that. We requested a couple of extra items and they were delivered promptly with no issues. The hosts and their guide has the BEST recommendations. We rented a car and went to Chichen Itza, Xplor, the beach several times and around town. I highly recommend Estrella Maya for your next family vacation!

Coastal Soul Properties was founded by two families with an insatiable appetite for travel and adventure and a shared vision for helping “regular people” enjoy life beyond the daily grind. As beach lovers, we used to frequently visit all-inclusive resorts, but were always ready to be home by the end of the trip so we could have our own space (instead of sharing a room with the kids) and enjoy a meal without having to worry about the resort's dress code and dealing with reservations. At the same time, travelling to any new place, especially in a foreign country involves a lot of planning, research and work, which is what made all-inclusive resorts are so appealing. When we decided to purchase our first vacation property, we really wanted to create a different experience, one where you wouldn't need a "vacation from your vacation" and instead could come home from a trip refreshed and renewed. So we set out to craft an experience that would blend the best of both worlds, and Coastal Soul Properties was born.

Inspired by the ease of planning all-inclusive vacations, but with a dedication to personalized luxury and comfort, we have worked hard to create the ultimate vacation rental experience for our guests. Aldea Maya is a peaceful and serene gated community with 24/7 security, yet all of the amenities of Aldea Zama's commercial center are just a few minutes' stroll away! Located right off the second beach access road, guests have multiple options for getting around town with ease. We love the convenience of having restaurants, bars and shops just a few minutes from our doorstop, and appreciate how quickly we can get to the beaches and town.

Unobstructed views of preserved jungle and two walls of floor to ceiling windows in our rooftop master bedroom allow guests to wake up to the sunrise and enjoy the sunset every night. Further, we focus on the details, all designed to curate an exceptional guest experience- with thoughtful attention to incorporating the property's personality and theme into its overall design, including a custom wall mural of the Tulum night sky, working telescope, and themed "instaspot" on our incredible private rooftop! We personally stay in our property multiple times per year to ensure quality and comfort and all of the extras are included so our guests can spend their time relaxing instead of shopping for household items!
