A charming home with tons of character, but we were disappointed with the cleanliness of the home. The whole place needs some TLC. The location was great, lots of rooms and spaces to hang out, comfy beds and the pool was enjoyable.

Lovely place to get together with family for a few days. If anything, nicer than the pictures. Beautiful location among the vines and close to Sonoma and access to Napa valley.

Our group of 6 friends loved our 1-week stay at Chardonnay View. The house was very comfortable and the location was perfect to explore Sonoma and Napa County wineries and restaurants. The kitchen was well appointed for cooking and the outdoor set-up overlooking a vineyard was absolutely gorgeous, with lots of seating for eating or lounging by the lovely pool. Probably our fault, but we did not realize that one of the bedrooms was separate from the main house, which was not an issue for us, but might be for a large family with children. The hosts were very responsive and we would highly recommend this property!

Fun, family, friends among the Chardonnay!

Great comfortable family holiday - pool, hot tub, playroom, view - all brilliant. Four miles from the Square and all the happiness that offers! Walk, bike to vineyards!

Renewal

My husband and I work 7 days a week and needed a place to chill and relax with our kids before school re-opens. We found peace here. The views were amazing. The pool was a great size, beds cozy. The restaurants were amazing. The standout stays concierge was very helpful.

21st Grandson Birthday Celebration

We took our daughter and her 3 children wine tasting for the youngest's 21st. The home was perfect for our family, we cooked all meals in and enjoyed family time together along with visiting a few winery's, beautiful time of year to visit with all the fall colors.

Beautiful property

The property was even better than expected. It was larger than in the pictures and it was so beautiful and tranquil with gorgeous views. Special touches with a nice welcome tray of wine and snacks. Had a few hiccups that were taken care of. Communication with the property manager was immediate and very caring in making sure our stay was comfortable. Our family had an incredible time! We would definitely stay there again!!

A beautiful, bucolic setting in Sonoma

This rustic house looks out onto classic Sonoma vineyards and distant hills. It was a peaceful place to spend time with our friends. The kitchen was well set up for cooking, and we did some grilling on the outside deck. The main problem was that using the pool and spa was hampered every day, and evening, by the constant flux in water temperature. It was difficult to manage via the electronic tablet's app system, which rarely worked correctly.

This property is magnificent. The house is a hodgepodge of buildings cobbled together into a wonderful vacation home. It’s essentially a 2 bedroom 2 bath with standalone cottage attached. The cottage is both private and a part of the overall compound. The views are so beautiful and peaceful. The only sound we heard was that of distant airplanes practicing landings at the municipal airport. The kitchen has just about anything you might need to do serious cooking. One of the most fully equipped rentals I’ve stayed in. While we had a few mechanical issues with the pool the host was very responsive and addressed those immediately. One issue was the hot water heater it chose to fail on Memorial Day! Dan was somehow able to get a plumber to replace it in a couple of hours. There was no inconvenience to us. Understand that there is a separate charge for heating the pool and spa as well as a three day minimum. It was worth every penny. If you are looking for a delightful peaceful fun few days in Sonoma you can’t do better than this property. From the kids: Pool table had a duplicate of every ball and a number of cues. Strong fast WiFi. Fun fooseball table.

Lovely property! The pool was divine. The kitchen was well stocked and we had fun bbqing outside and dining with the incredible view. We will be back for sure!
