This 2nd-floor villa is easily accessible by stairs from the parking lot. Enter into an open floor plan including: fully equipped eat in kitchen, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, comfortable living room with pull out couch, smart flat screen TV's, washer dryer, large sliding glass door takes you onto screened in porch overlooking the tennis courts.

Master bedroom with private bath includes king bed smart TV. Second bedroom features two twin beds flat screen smart TV. Pull out couch in the living room for additional sleeping space. Also for your convenience we provide a pack n play for those traveling with little ones.

There's $25 parking pass fee that must be paid at the gate in cash upon arrival, additional pass $5 per car.
