Great stay in BA

The apartment was located in a great part of the city close to so many amenities and attractions. Carlos was a great host and made us feel at home in this great city. Highly recommended!

Lovely apartment, great location

Elegant apartment, very clean, safe area with doorman, only steps away from cafes and restaurants. Host is very responsive and gracious. Highly recommend!!

It was just as described. A cute French loft with lots of charm and space. Carlos was extremely helpful in making a stay a success. The property is in a great location easy to walk to shopping and restaurants Very nice stay.

Great jewel in Buenos Aires

Such a wonderful place. Two mature couples needed a place to stay while we were in Buenos Aires. Spacious rooms and all the amenities. Neighborhood is central to getting around. Very fair price.

Bright, light & spacious enough for 4 adults.

The communication with Carlos, the host, prior to our stay & during our stay was fantastic. I was confident that our 4 night stay was going to be well managed & done in a professional manner & it was. The visitors information folder in the apartment was very well put together & we did use some of the recommendations. The apartment is in a great location. If I was to return to Buenos Aires I would definitely stay here again.

Barrio Norte

Carlos is an excellent host and his property is in a prime location on a quiet street with easy walking to many choices of restaurants, shopping and tourist sites. The apartment was perfect for us. We rented from Carlos in 2020 at a different location in Buenos Aires and both experiences met all our expectations!

Great location and very comfortable apartment

The apartment is in one of the best locations in Buenos Aires. There is a concierge on duty most of the day and evening. It is very comfortably furnished and perfectly clean. We would have given 5 stars overall, but the dishwasher wasn’t working when we were there and a number of lightbulbs were out. All in all however it is a lovely place and we enjoyed our stay.

This apartment was so lovely and perfect for my trip! It is located in a charming area of Recoleta where you can walk to everything, I am so glad I stayed in this area. The apartment was beautiful, super clean, and had everything I needed. The tall ceilings and windows poured in natural light. The building itself is also really nice and super secure; doorman on duty 24/7 who happily helped me everyday. Carlos was super communicative and the check in process couldn't have been easier; I was met at the door, given the keys and then able to easily leave the keys and be on my way at the end of my stay.I would highly recommend this apartment for a stay in Buenos Aires!

Comfortable apartment in a fabulous neighborhood

My husband and I stayed in this lovely apartment for 8 days. It was exactly as described, and I had great communication with Carlos from the time of booking it. It’s in a charming neighborhood and we found our little favorite cafes within walking distance. My husband and I stayed in the master bedroom and the bed was very comfortable. We were in Argentina for a medical procedure and wanted a comfortable place to relax. The couch was very comfortable, and it was nice to have a dining table and full kitchen to prepare meals. I brought Epsom salt and it was fabulous being able to use the bathtub every evening. We were also thankful for the 2 elevators and friendly apartment security in the lobby. We will definitely stay here again!

Classy quiet apartment in a classy quiet neighborhood.

4th floor elegant comfortable modern apartment in secure safe building with friendly doorman, located in an elegant upscale and quiet, safe part of the city near great stores, restaurants and a wonderful big park with huge playground for kids and relaxing sunbathing benches. Overlooks a big tennis court and swimming pool and is opposite a small university. Apartment is nicely furnished, has good TV/WiFI & AC, and the hot water arrives instantly and showers are good. We would have appreciated having a small quantity of laundry and dishwasher detergent, a roll of paper towels, another roll of toilet paper, and an umbrella would have been nice for unexpected rain. We also hadn’t planned ahead for mosquitoes, which managed to find us 4 flights up. Best to close all windows and run the AC. ( For less than $1 we found a small bottle of bug repellant at the train station.) Balcony is tiny and could use a good cleaning but it’s filled with potted plants so it isn’t really meant to be used, as there’s no room for a chair. Visitors from USA beware: careful when opening/closing old fashioned gated elevator doors we don’t have at home. Easy to pinch fingers, and my tall husband got a nasty head laceration on the metal protruding bar that locks the gate in place. We loved the apartment, the neighborhood, and it was a pleasure communicating with the owner, Carlos.

Sehr schöne Wohnung!

Wohnung ist genau wie beschrieben in einem schönen Haus in bester Lage in Recoleta. Check in/check out flexibel und verlässlich. Kontakt mit Vermieter ebenso. Carlos spricht Englisch und kümmert sich auf sehr sympathische Art. Er hat einen hilfreichen Guide mit vielen Tipps rund um den Aufenthalt in der Stadt erstellt, der auch in der Wohnung ausliegt. Alles war bestens und wir freuen uns auf eine Rückkehr!

Amazing apartment in BA

We had an amazing time exploring Buenos Aires from this perfectly located apartment. Carlos was very attentive/responsive and assisted us whenever we had a question. From early check-in to late check-out, Carolos went out of his way to assist us. The apartment was awesome! It had everything we needed (and more) - the Recoleta neighbourhood is a perfect spot from which to start exploring. I hope to be able to stay there again one day. Thanks so much Carlos!

Absolutely amazing!

I highly recommend this property. The beds were so comfy and the home has everything you need. Great location! Carlos was so helpful. I locked my passport in the apartment with the keys inside and he helped me get it back! When I come back to BA, I will be staying here again.

Muy conformes con la ubicación e instalaciones, pero desilusionados nados con la forma de pago.

El alojamiento es excelente!, muy buena ubicación y el departamento impecable!!! Nuestra desilusión fue en el momento del pago. Sabemos que es promocionado por una empresa internacional, pero solicitamos el pago en pesos argentinos porque en la pagina nos daban tal posibilidad. Se pactó por un total de $ AR 23.688,95 por día, a pagar mediante tarjeta de crédito ya que no brindaba otra opción. nuestra sorpresa fue al ver que el cobro se hizo en dólares. Lamentablemente, de un total de $ AR 47.377,91, terminamos abonando U$u 298,82 (cotización del momento $ 158,55) lo cual no sería inconveniente ya que la cantidad de dólares coincide con el total del precio acordado en pesos argentinos, pero nuestro enojo se produce porque, al cobrarnos en moneda extranjera siendo argentinos y viajando a una localidad de argentina, nuestro gobierno nos cobra una serie de impuestos que representan más del importe de una noche de estadía y terminamos abonando una suma de total de $ AR 80.258,38 (U$u 298,82 más $AR 32.880,47 de impuestos) Ya habíamos pensado en adoptar el inmueble para todas las ocasiones en que viajáramos a visitar a nuestra familia, realmente quedamos encantados con el, pero ante ésta situación, lamentablemente hemos desistido, ya que no nos parece que debamos abonar en moneda extranjera cuando somos argentinos viajando por la Argentina. Más allá de todo ésto, hemos tenido una maravillosa y confortable estadía.

Wonderful city

Well maintained, pleasant apartment, located walking distance from the best parks of the city (for those who enjoy a mile stroll to get the pulse of the place). We felt very comfortable. And do not miss having an ice cream at Persicco across the street!

Light, spacious and sophisticated apartment in perfect location.

Carlos is a charming and responsive host who provided helpful recommendations for essential spots in the neighborhood and was very accommodating. The apartment was lovely- tastefully appointed with comfortable beds and a well-stocked kitchen. The doorman was also very helpful. I hope to return to BA and would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful apartment!

I really enjoyed staying in this lovely apartment. It is very quiet, bright and clean. The neighborhood is wonderful and you can walk to the bests restaurants, theaters and parks. I absolutely recommend this apartment and can't wait to go back!

Excelente

Boa localização, apartamento muito bem cuidado e bem decorado. Carlos o anfitrião é muito simpático e prestativo. Fiz muitos pedidos e perguntas antes da estadia e sempre fui muito bem atendida. Passamos lindos dias com o conforto que buscávamos. Fomos em quatro pessoas (ideal para esta quantidade) sendo duas senhoras idosas. O apartamento ofereceu todas as necessidades que tínhamos. Recomendo e voltarei a me hospedar em oportunidades futuras.
