Summary:

Kick back, relax, and enjoy Siesta Key! Completely remodeled in September 2022, this studio comfortably sleeps four with two queen beds side by side. Located in the “Solitude Suites on Siesta Key” resort, this Waterview Suite is sure to impress. Your ground-floor studio comes with a kitchenette and full bathroom, and just outside your door, you’ll find shared access to the community pool, Tiki hut with ping pong table, BBQ grills, and a boat dock with free kayaks and stand-up paddleboards. Maximum occupancy is four guests.



The Space:

This spacious studio on the canal side of the building offers plenty of storage, a full dining table with seating for four, and a bathroom with a sink and shower. As a corner unit, it features large screened sliding glass doors on two sides, opening to the tiki hut and outdoor dining area on one side and the heated pool on the other.



Guest Access:

Enjoy free parking right outside, shared laundry, beach chairs, a small cooler, and a Bluetooth speaker to take to the beach! Please return these items before you leave to avoid charges for missing ones. You can also make use of the complimentary kayaks, BBQ grills, tiki huts, and sun loungers!



The Neighborhood:

This quiet neighborhood is perfect for a relaxing vacation on Siesta Key, home to America’s #1 beach! Enjoy amazing weather, great restaurants, lively bars, beautiful beaches, shopping, boat tours, and more—all just minutes away!



Getting Around:

The free trolley stops right outside the resort, and you can also rent a bike or a golf cart, hop on a free ride (tips appreciated), or call an Uber or Lyft. No car is necessary here!



Other Things to Note:

This isn’t a single-family home; it’s a suite in a small resort, similar to a hotel room. You’ll have neighbors, and the common areas just outside your front door are shared spaces.
