The unit was extremely clean, spacious and comfortable. We felt right at home and had the good fortune of meeting Patra briefly when she stopped by the neighboring unit—she is lovely! While a duplex, there is no feeling of “neighbor noise”, and the shared backyard is large and well-kept, lots of seating. Great spot, right across from the beach, great walk into town, small market next door, and all the beach gear in-house. We cooked several meals, and had most of what we needed to do so. A nice neighborhood, and wonderful hosts.

Susie, thank you so much — and thank you for sharing the photos too! So glad the unit felt clean, spacious, and like a home away from home, and that you got to meet Patra along the way. Love hearing the backyard, the walk to the beach and town, and having beach gear on hand all came together for a great stay. We'd love to have you back anytime!

Nice place close to beach

Stayed here for a few nights. We were very happy with how clean and updated the house was. And the location was great, just a few minutes walk to the beach. And about a mile away from the main Pier. We would definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful stay! The home was spacious with 4 bedrooms including a large master suite. The 3 full bathrooms were a nice feature. Even though it was Novermber we enjoyed the easy acess to the gorgeous sandy beach across the street. The home was stocked with all the things we needed and kept very clean. We would definitely stay here again. The hosts were easy to communicate with too.

Property was nice and great location. There were issues with cleanliness of two beds. Owner was very responsive but the property mgmt company did him a disservice.

Robert, thank you for the feedback, and glad you enjoyed the location. We're sorry to hear about the cleanliness issue with the beds — that's not the standard we hold ourselves to, and we have addressed it with our team directly and figured out what happened there!

Absolutely amazing!

Less than 2 minute walk to the beach. When viewing the property, it was impressive but to be honest, the pictures don’t do it justice, it looks even better in person! All new amenities and everything you need for a home away from home. Paul, Anca and Mike were friendly and always quick to reply to any queries. I'll definitely be back.

We had a great time here! The house is located just across the street from the beach. It’s a beautiful home that is clean and well maintained. It was more than enough room for 6 adults and a baby! The only downside was the train that ran right behind the house at night. It didn’t bother me in the front of the house but was a bit loud for those rooming towards the back. Even with the train, we would stay here again!

Kayla, thank you so much! So glad the location across from the beach worked out perfectly and that there was plenty of room for the whole crew, baby included. Appreciate you being understanding about the train — it comes with being in OOB....glad it didn't take away from the stay overall. We'd love to have you back anytime! That sunset photo is stunning!

The property was immaculate! It was a very conveniently designed place -- full bathrooms on each floor with generous sized bedrooms. The kitchen/dining room was also wonderful for preparing meals and gathering. And other than being *right* on the beach, you cannot get any closer -- it was literally across the road, with direct access to the public beach. The exterior shower in the driveway was also super helpful for being able to rinse off the sand when coming back. One advisory: There is a railroad line right in the backyard. There are several Amtrak trains a day, as well as a few freight trains. But, we are rail fans, and this was a bonus! We walked up to the tracks to watch the trains go by a few times, as well as to enjoy the sunset over the pond on the other side of the tracks.

Tim, thank you so much! So glad the layout worked well for the group and that being right across from the beach — with the outdoor shower for sandy feet — made things easy, doesn't it? Love that you got to enjoy the trains occasionally going by and the sunset over the marsh too, and those sunset photos you posted are absolutely stunning. We'd love to have you back anytime!
