The place your family deserve!

Thanks to the Traditional Estate, Chrisa and her partner we had our amazingly great holiday. 3 families with 2/3yrs old kids was a challenge but everything in the yard is safe and well organized. Late May Thea beach wasn't open but 5min drive to Nea Potideia gives you long and wide sandy beach and is also quite than the beaches to the south. Thanks for everything Traditional Estate, we will come back!

I recommend booking this house for your stay in Chalkidiki. It was great experience for us. Chrisa was very welcoming and answered all our questions.

Great experience, wonderful holiday!

The house was great, very clean, looking better than in the photos on the Internet, easy to manage and the outer space (terrace, BBQ, pool, garden) was really great especially for us (a big group of 8 grown ups and 3 little children). The owner was really nice from the beginning (she welcomed us with water, fresh vegetables and ice cream and a lot of good advice for spending our time in the area).

Perfect vacantion

Our family spent two vacantions last summer it the house. We've been there June and September. The house is very nice, clean, with all you need-comfortable kitchen, big sunny garden with small pool for us and the children, BBQ and romantic terrace, great view with sunflowers on the horizon and hot water all the time. We going to visit Chrisa and Akis again this summer. Can't wait!:) The owners are very nice, friendly people who takes care of everything you need!

A quiet family trip in a suitable villa

The location of the villa is in a quiet place, surrounded by a large green garden. 24\7 hot water in the shower. A parking place inside the villa (even for very large cars). Every morning you can hear the callings of the birds and the humming of the bees.

Nice but noicy

It's a very nice with a very nice garden. The owners are friendly people. The house is clean. There are only 2 things: the hot shower didn't work and the house is located between 2 main roads which are terribly noisy day and night. We decided to leave the house after one night. I would not recommend this to friends or anyone else

Dear guest At first we were taken aback by your comments,given that for the same accommodation the reviews we received by the other guests range between 4.5 / 5 and 5/5. But mainly we are amazed by your negativism in other sectors than the location of the house, since in your comments you happen to mention the fine workmanship of the house, the beautiful garden, the perfect cleanliness and friendly service you encountered. We appreciate that there is no empathy, since we don’t know each other, but rather a general negative attitude towards the sunny country, our jovial hospitality and warm welcome. The conclusion we reached ,as neither did we hear your voice nor were we able to earn your smile during our acquaintance, unlike everyone hosted, with whom we became friends and will award us with their next visit to Halkidiki. Additionally, let us remind you that the position of the house is very clear in the google maps and the choice was consciously made by your wife, who, unlike you, praised the accommodation and focused on your discomfort , selecting your departure. Justified, in part, your opinion as your wife said, your permanent residence is in a secluded forest, resulting in a property like ours in a tourist destination such as Halkidiki, bathed by the sun and the sea, with unquenchable vitality, positive aura and smile, brought you out of your depth. We regret not pleasing you, but we regret even more your general negativity, distinguishing from the positive views by other friends hosted. Regardless, have a nice winter..

A good, clean house with a nice view

It was a nice house with a lovely garden near the beaches. We swam nearly every day. The owners are nice and hearty. . I can recommend it. Only one thing: there is quite a busy road nearby.

Perfect stay!!!Ideal place for families

We stayed in the villa in September 2013 for 2 weeks and had an amazing time - one of my best holidays ever. The villa itself is lovely. It's spacious, clean, and practical. I don't think for the duration of our stay we were ever found ourselves wanting for anything. Certainly one of the best villas we've stayed in. It has loads of outside space as well, including a lovely, huge balcony. Barbeque is also available, not to mention the owners vegetable garden, where fresh vegetable is available every day. The location is quite silent. However, you're a very short distance from a beautiful little town Nea Potidaia, which has everything you need in the way of commodities, as well as some excellent restaurants and bars. Additionally it is a perfect place to explore the whole Haklidiki by car or bus. Magnificet beaches are only within a few minutes drive.You can easily have access to Kassandria or Sithonia or even to to Holy Mount Athos. If big cities is want you want, Thessaloniki is only 45 minutes drive. Finally the owners, whom we dealt with to book the villa, are absolutely lovely. They were happy to give us tons of advice on where to go and how to make the most of our time there. Highly recommended!
