Following your checkout, our team conducted a thorough inspection of the property, including the basement, and didn’t detect any odor. Had this been brought to our attention during your stay, we would have immediately arranged an inspection and addressed the matter to ensure your comfort. Thank you for your feedback. We strive to provide timely support and had reached out to coordinate a time to deliver the TV remote and replace the smoke detector battery. Since the guests were not home, we dropped off the items and waited for a confirmed appointment to enter the property. We want to clarify that there’s no walkie-talkie device inside the house, the little rugs on each step has been fixed, and had we been informed of any issues or granted access, we would have gladly resolved them during the stay. Upon check-in, the guests shared that they “loved the house so much and would stay here again,” which we truly appreciated. For future reference, we kindly ask guests to let us know of any concerns as soon as possible and provide a time for us to address them promptly.

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry that you experienced issues with the dishwasher and the mothballs during your stay. The dishwasher was only about six months old, and as soon as we were made aware of the dirty dishes issue, we responded and took steps to resolve the problem. We always do our best to respond promptly to any concerns and work to solve problems as quickly as possible. Regarding the mothballs, we use them outdoors when the house is vacant to help deter outdoor insects, especially during Missouri's hot and humid weather. We sincerely apologize that the mothballs were not removed before your check-in. We understand that this may have been unpleasant, and we will pay closer attention to this in the future to ensure they are removed before guests arrive. We would also like to mention that the property has recently undergone extensive remodeling and improvements, including an updated living room, bathrooms, bedrooms, and kitchen, as well as new tile flooring, a new electrical panel, updated plumbing, and a new central air conditioning system. We have invested significant time and effort into improving the property and providing a comfortable stay for our guests. We appreciate your feedback and will use it to continue improving our preparation and guest experience.
