**Dog Policy**
- Dogs are allowed, max of 2.
- $65 pet fee (per pet) to be paid prior to reservation through the resolution center.
- Dogs are not allowed on furniture or beds. Extra fees will incur if hair is found on furniture or bedding.
- Pick up after pets, fines of $25 up to $200 will be charged if pet waste is not picked up.
- DO NOT leave dogs unattended under any circumstances

Amount of guests on property my not exceed number on reservation, unless previously disclosed and agreed upon.

Please do not set the thermostats below 67`F or above 78`F, as it may cause system failure.

In event of a cancelation, the credit card fee of up to 5% may not be refundable.

Late Check Outs if undisclosed or not agreed upon will be assed a fee on a 1/2 hour basis of $50. Thus 1 hour will yield a $100 fee.
