Enjoy this paradise with your loved ones! Little detached guest house at the front yard, no water front view but with access to the main house waterfront area with private pool and Dock from 5am to 10PM, Great salt water fishing location, beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Less than a mile from Huguenot Memorial Park, a place with beautiful and peaceful beaches. The Guest house is a large room with two king size beds and a double air bed, 1 bathroom, kitchenette with microwave, air fryer and fridge, dining table & bar stools, 65” TV and Alexa. Walking distance to Huguenot memorial park, ferry and a couple restaurants.
If you're celebrating your anniversary or a birthday and would love to have a little team decoration in your room upon arrival , do not hesitate to contact the host and we would be glad to make it happen!. For special small events/ reunions you need to contact the host for authorization / details and extra fee is charged per each extra person after the 5 included in the Guest house reservation.

Excellent!

Great stay! Close to parks and beaches to enjoy all day. Pool was perfect spot to relax. The cottage was clean, comfortable and well stocked.

Awesome location and great stay

Host communication was great. Location was awesome and a very short drive from the beach at Huguenot Park. Pretty quiet surfside community. Restaurants close by, some in walking distance. If we get the chance to come back, would definitely book this place again.

Perfect little getaway

Was coming for a little work trip, the location was amazing, close to the beach. The room was very nice and beds were amazing! The attention to detail Maribel has was perfect for our stay. I will be back

Great Experience

We had a great experience! The detached guest house was clean, well stocked, and even had a complimentary bottle of wine. We enjoyed sitting by the pool and enjoying the river view! The host was very communicative and made our stay effortless.

Cozy spot with pool and pier access right on the mouth of the St. johns

Celebrated a birthday with a relaxing day upon check in then a fishing trip. Boat captain could of easily picked us up from the residence pier. House was close to the ferry drop off so easy access to mayport and jax beach. Down the street from Huguenot. Grilled and used the air fryer there for meals. Had a great time, excellent host.

Perfect launching spot for Huguenot Memorial Park

This is a wonderful property to stay in while birdwatching at Huguenot Memorial Park. After a long day of hiking and birding the room was cozy, clean, and comfortable. Did not feel like going out so I was able to utilize the kitchen. Watched the sunset and the sunrise from the dock right on the river. I have already recommended it to friends!

Great stay with an amazing host!!

This was truly one of the best experiences we’ve ever had at a VRBO! Our host Maribel was amazing. The accommodations were perfect. Our teens fished all day from the private dock. Maribel was in contact to let us know if there was anything to make our stay more comfortable. We will absolutely be back!! I would highly recommend this place for families, couples get away or anyone who wants to get away! The guest house is very cute and comfy! Also to note there is a bait shop 10 mins away that was perfect and we also tried the BBQ place that is 2 mins from the house and it was delicious!! All and all it was a perfect stay. 10/10!!
