About this space
Your family will love this beautiful 2 bed & bath luxury condo, conveniently located only 2 blocks from the beach and a short distance to all the local dining and shopping imaginable!

The pool is open from Memorial weekend through the end of September. Secured building. Outdoor shower and shared grill. Bicycle storage available inside.
The space
Condo is located on the 1st floor. There is one assigned parking spot. Quiet time is from 10p-8a.
Guest access
You will have access to the entire condo during your stay and may self checkin with a private door code. One parking permit is provided per reservation.

Free Wifi. The pool is open from Memorial Day weekend until the end of September. The pool is 3ft-5ft deep and is open from 9am to 9pm. There are pool rules posted in the elevator and near the outside pool door.
Other things to note
Please remember that you're staying in our home, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to resolve the issue ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7.

There will be a $35 fee for each parking permit not returned.

Excellent host and property. Loved the pool, location for a short walk to the beach, one of many restaurants/ice cream stands, and walking distance to grocery store. Hosts were great at communicating and providing ideas/resources prior to and during. They even provided a welcome snack basket, some toiletries, and all the things to make us feel welcome. We can’t wait to stay again!

Hosts were very responsive, check in/out went smoothly. Pool was clean and well maintained. The condo could have been cleaner, and could use a spruce up. Overall I’d give it a 3.

This property is conveniently located very close to the beach and grocery store. The property is clean and comfortable but it is aged. There is a taped section on the floor outside of the master bath walk-in shower where the floor has sunk or is broken. We only used the washer/dryer which worked well but the lint filter had not been cleaned out in months. Beds were adequate. Towels and toiletries as well as a box of snacks were provided which was a nice touch. We did not use the pool so I cannot comment. Communication was excellent and check in and out was easy.

The Seacrest is a very clean little condo. It was easy to access with the door codes. Each bathroom had great amenities and plenty of towels. I would suggest directions on how to work the small appliances in the kitchen for those who have no knowledge of them. We enjoyed our stay greatly.

Great location

Fantastic location...2 blocks from the beach, right near all the action. Great size condo, nice to have access to beach chairs/toys too. This was mentioned in another review, but worth mentioning - you will not get check in info intil a minute or two before check in.... as i anxiously slow shopped in the grocery so i wasnt stuck w cokd food and no way to get in.

A Great Place to Stay While at the Beach

The perks of the Seacrest include being all of 2-3 blocks from the boardwalk/beach and all the fun places to find food to eat. The location is awesome! The Seacrest provides plenty of space for a 3 person group, such as our family. There were kid friendly accommodations such as games, a kitchen area, a bunk bed, and even a separate bathroom. AC worked great and kept us nice and cool. The place was clean. There was even a nice little pool that was well kept and enjoyed. The hosts were very responsive and communicative via the VRBO message system which I really appreciated. One tip for future guests: the key info and parking space arrived in our inbox at check in time. So it might be worth arriving a little after the check in time instead of early like we did. There was a dining area, a living room area, 2 TVs, decent wifi, a balcony area and even a Harris Teeter right across the street. Washer and dryer and drip coffee machine as well as a Keurig! A very accommodating place to stay.

I've been renting at least 2 times a year on different web platforms for more then a decade now. I'm not a demanding person but this is the first time I'm gonna write a more negative than positive review.Bedrooms: in the children's bedroom, one of the two windows had no window shade and the curtains are transparent so we had to put a blanket to have a little darkness. Same thing in the master bedroom, the curtains are also transparent and half of the window blinds were broken or absent. The bed makes A LOT of noise just changing sleep position.Master bathroom: taped section on the floor. Don't put clothes or towels to dry on the curtain rod or they will get rust stains.Kitchen: only one dish towel for our 9 days stay. Enough knives and forks but only 4-5 spoons. No bottle opener. Broom is broken in half. Kitchen knives need sharpening (difficult to cut anything). Water taste bad and only goes from hot to lukewarm, not even close to cold.Patio door screen is really difficult to open, so much sand and dirt in the tracks.The location is really great (two blocks from the beach, grocery store with a Starbucks inside just beside the unit). The general cleanliness was ok. The host was very friendly and communicative. The check in was easy with a door code. The AC worked well. The pool is great. Overall, I would recommend this place but it needs a little love ! As mentionned above, there is a couple of problems but that could be easily solved with low costs.

The condo was perfect for our family. The kids had a great time and it was nice that we were so close to the beach. There also is a grocery store right across the street! Very convenient location!

Overall, the place was good for the price. It is decently close to the beach and a lot of restaurants, shops, and grocery store. There were good items provided (like kitchen supplies, trash bags, etc.). There is a shower type area by the pool that is really nice to rinse off sand items. The porch was also a decent size, compared to other ones we saw. A few things to note. The size of the bed in the master is a full (no size listed on the listing). The bedroom windows are right at the road, so there is a decent amount of road noise at night time. Plus the curtains let a lot of headlights through. The master bed and pillows were pretty uncomfortable, but fine enough for three nights. The main bathroom drain was super backed up and water was to mid-shin during showers. The sound proofing in that complex building was very poor. You can hear everything upstairs. So if you're sensitive to that type of noise (including car traffic), try to get one on the highest floor (third floor).

This condo definitely served its purpose for our 3-night trip to Virginia Beach! It was only two blocks away from the beach, super clean, having access to a washing machine and dryer was great, and the hosts left out a goodie basket for us which was a nice touch. Our only complaints were the provided beach chairs were children-sized (the grown men in our group couldn’t fit into them), the beach umbrella was broken, and the drain in the hallway bathroom was pretty faulty (it would take 30 mins for it to drain). That said, would still recommend this place for its location, cleanliness and price!
