The RV was more spacious than we imagined. The property it’s located on is gorgeous. It was a lovely experience. Only bummer was the mosquitos!

Please note that this was our first time staying in an RV. We arrived way after dark to a dark RV and were clueless on how to turn on the lights. None of the switches worked, so we used our phones as flashlights. It was only an overnight stay, so we slept and showered and left early.

Beautiful location just 5 minutes from town. Nice, comfy RV with fireplace and big screen. But the best amenities were the hosts, very kind folks who made me feel welcome!

5th wheel is extremely worn out. All areas to sit have no support. Cushions are completely unacceptable and worn beyond repair. All roof vent do not work. 1 back window doesn't work and stays partially open. Refrigerator and freezer need to be defrosted to work correctly. Bed is worn out. All carpet is heavily stained. Unknown random can food left in cabinets. Front screen door torn down one side. Owner would not allow us the use the exterior awning. Advertised with BBQ, which wasn't on site. Requested BBQ and the one they provided was completely rusted out and unusable. Do not be taken like us by the NOT current photos.

It's amazing how everyone was happy until we asked them to unplug some of the equipment they brought in and put under the front of the trailer. 1, We don't advertise a BBQ but a fire pit and no it cant be used in FIRE season. 2. We never said no awning just not to leave it open in the wind. 3. The fans run with a remote that is in the trailer. 4. You were here for almost 2 weeks constantly closing and opening the refrigerator for your fishing operation so that is why the refrigerator iced up. 5. One table cushion has a very small tear in it but works fine. I am sorry that you did not enjoy the R.V. but most that have stayed in it were very happy.

Tranquil Peaceful Property

This was a very nice setting to enjoy a quiet evening near Gold Beach. The RV had all that one could need for a nice stay. We enjoyed the surrounding ranch with beautiful horses about the grounds .

Can't wait to stay again!

This place is amazing! It is quiet and the setting is picturesque. The trailer is beautiful inside, clean, well equipped, and check-in was a breeze. They even had ice in the freezer. My husband and I can't wait to come and stay again. Highly recommended.

The best place to stay in Gold Beach! Host Bonnie is the nicest person you’ll ever meet. The working ranch offers a real inside view of what it’s like to own and run a 500 acre ranch. You’ll see beautiful horses, amazing cypress trees, and amazing landscapes galore. The RVs are clean and stocked. The tent area gives plenty of space for additional privacy. You’ll be scheduling your next trip there once you leave. The tranquility and peace is like no other.
My 9 year olds favorite part of the ranch was the giant cypress trees.

What a beautiful property. Peaceful, restful, cozy and just what we were looking for. Fifth wheel was perfect for 4th of July weekend. Will return!
