Luxurious, relaxing, and tastefully appointed 10th floor 3br 2ba Calypso West Tower Gulf front condo, walking distance to the Pier and Pier Park. INCLUDES free seasonal Beach Service!

Enjoy a vacation that is as relaxing or exciting as you want it to be! Relax after a long day at the beach in the King Master and wash away the salty sand in the en-suite bath with a double vanity and remodeled large walk-in shower.

In the first guest room, you will find a cozy queen size bed and a tv with a Pier Park view! The 2nd guest room has a TWIN over FULL bunk with a TWIN trundle and tv perfect for kids and teens.

The Gulf View living room provides great space to gather and offers additional sleeping for 2 with a sleeper sofa. The unit comfortably sleeps 10 people. The fully stocked kitchen is perfect for all the chefs in your family. Enjoy a meal and family time around the dining table and the extra seating at the eat-in bar.

Sip your beverage of choice on the private balcony which boasts spectacular "Emerald Coast" views of the Gulf and sugar-white sands and unforgettable beach sunsets.

In the heart of Panama City Beach, Calypso Resort features TWO beachfront 23-story towers. The resort includes 2 large beachfront (seasonally heated) pools, surrounded by a patio studded with palm trees, chaises, and tables where you can enjoy a snack or a game of cards while listening to the surf lap onto the sugar-white sands. There’s even a tiki bar in season, so you can enjoy a piña colada after your swim.

Perfect location for our group of teenagers and moms. It was great being able to walk to the beach, shopping and restaurants. It was also clean with a beautiful Gulf view from the balcony.

Great condo! The unit, pool, and beach were amazing. I don't totally love the 80 elevators and parking garage situation when coming and going, but once you're there the property is great. The unit itself was immaculate. Great beds, great showers, very comfortable.

This was a great location to enjoy Panama City Beach. It's close to many of the interesting places on the beach. The large balcony overlooked the beautiful gulf. The condo had everything we needed for all of the guests to enjoy a nice weekend. The host was a pleasure to work with and was very helpful by quickly responding to our questions. We will return to this condo in the future.

Great location!

Our family came down for a week for a baseball tournament/vacation & this condo was GREAT! Plenty of room to the kids to be separated, when needed, great kitchen & perfect location! If you are looking for a great condo, this is it!

Perfect location for teens

Had a great visit with several teens over spring break. The moms enjoyed the stocked kitchen and modern appliances. The kids loved how close we were to Pier Park. Check out process was simple. The app provided made everything so much easier! Highly recommend!

May is the best time to visit P.C.B!

I visit P.C.B almost every year and always stay at Calypso! This property is very nice and perfect location! The property manager was very helpful and mad sure the entire check in/out process was painless as possible and made sure everything was right making my stay absolutely perfect!

The worst experience with a host we've had renting through VRBO. A/C was down for 3 days when temps in FL were over 95 degrees. Problem had to be reported through VRBO's customer service because host could not be reached on the first day. Host finally messaged they would send someone to fix it and claimed the A/C unit was serviced and fixed. When we came back to the unit the second evening it was still 79 degrees at 9:30 at night. Problem was reported again and we received snarky responses from the host claiming that it was fixed and they "took pictures". Then we sent our own pictures of the thermostat & host claimed that it was the fan being turned on that was causing A/C not to work. Fan changed to auto via host instructions and we spent another evening at 79 degrees. On the 3rd day host sent someone out to fix the unit and by the time we got back from our baseball tournament that evening it finally felt like the A/C was actually working. However, host couldn't leave it at that and sent several snarky messages afterwards. When I informed the host that they should work on their customer service, they doubled down and sent more snarky texts till I called VRBO customer service and shared how bad the experience with host was going. VRBO tried to reach the host on our behalf and could not. We followed all the check out procedures listed and then host decided to send email to VRBO claiming we left doors open that damaged their A/C (which we did not). Host should feel ashamed.

Beautiful Propert

The property has been renovated. It's extremely beautiful except for the bunk beds in the 3rd room. It also took well over 24 hour long to resolve the issue. Otherwise, I highly recommend it. The agreement says 1 free parking space, but I had to pay for both.

Locaaaaaation!

The management group (Vacasa) were fantastic. Which is truly hard to find. Responses quickly by text, checked in on us by phone the day after we got there. Also we’re flexible in helping us adjust what we paid due to having to leave a couple days early due to potential hurricane. The only complaint was that the floors clearly hadn’t been mopped in weeks. 5 mins of waking barefoot and our feet were absolutely black. Some of the pans/dishes weren’t quite all the way clean, and the bathtub in the master had a broken drain…. We had to put an ink pen between the drain and the base of the tub so that it would drain while we showered. Those couches could certainly use an updating too! Overall this a pretty enjoyable stay.
