This is a great property for a large crowd. We only had eight girls, but it was perfect. The check-in was very easy. The house and grounds were very clean. My girls especially loved the pool and porches. We will definitely be returning.

The house was perfect for our group, enough space to be together, enough room to have privacy. The house had all the amenities, the pool was heated, per our request. The house was peaceful, well maintained. I would happily stay again. It is a short distance to the beach, perfect distance from downtown business. The beach there was amazing. 100% recommend this house.

Our Golden Hour Getaway

This property is beautiful. It is even more spacious and lovely than the pictures show. We had everything we needed to host our extended family and some friends, including a well-equipped kitchen with professional-grade appliances. We were gathering from all across the country to celebrate the wedding of one of our three daughters, and this was the perfect spot to gather everyone for a family vacation for the wedding week. I must admit that there were many stairs to climb, and while an elevator would have been nice, we had the benefit of a workout throughout our stay. (If you have anyone in your party with mobility challenges, this may not be the best choice, but for our group, we managed fine.) We give our highest praise to the management team. When we had any concerns or questions, they were quick to respond and fulfill our needs. It was an amazing week!

We had a few mechanical issues with the HVAC on the third floor of the rental property during our stay. I will say Lilmar Property Rentals did a good job of staying in touch, installed temporary air conditioners in the third floor bedrooms that kept us cool although noisy and offered us compensation for our inconvenience. We certainly appreciated there being a recognition that the broken HVAC had a negative impact on our vacation.

It means a lot to know that our response and communication were appreciated, even in the middle of an inconvenience. Thank you again for choosing Lilmar Vacations.
