This stunning 6-bedroom, 5.5-bath luxury retreat offers over 4,290 sq. ft. of beautifully designed space and jaw-dropping sound and ocean views. Nestled on the sound side with a private dock, this home invites you to bring your boat or launch your kayaks and paddleboards right from the backyard (boat lift currently unavailable).

• Middle Floor: 4 ensuite bedrooms, each with a private bathroom—ideal for comfort and privacy.

• Ground Level: Direct access to the pool, outdoor shower, dock, and storage for beach gear, kayaks, or paddleboards.

Included Starter Amenities – Unique to Sol Searching Properties

To get your stay off to a smooth start, we provide a thoughtful bundle of “starter” items:

• Coffee, sugar, creamer, sugar alternatives, and filters

• New kitchen scrubber, dish towel & washcloth

• Dish soap, dishwasher tabs

• Powdered laundry soap

• Bar soap in each bathroom

• Ziplock bags, trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels

• Clean linens, including comforters and shams

• Pack ‘n Play, high chair, and noise machines available upon request (first come, first served)



Additional Booking Details:

• $1,000 security deposit and signed rental agreement (via Ownerez) required to secure booking

• Primary renter must be 25+ years old and provide ID with matching credit card

• No smoking or pets allowed

• Hot tub and pool heating available March 1 – June 1 and Sept 15 – Nov 15 (additional cost)

• Check-in begins at 4:00 PM

• Final payment due 30 days before arrival to avoid cancellation

The mattresses were really in rough shape, the bathrooms were not very clean, there were balls of hair in a couple of tubs the tub upstairs was all moldy around the jets, the outside of home could be beautifulwith a little attention to the landscaping, other than that the house and property were goodthanks Bill

Our host, Melissa, was wonderful!The house was in a great location. We enjoyed some.fishing and also the beach is directly across the street.

Good Option

The check in was good. The cleaners arrived 15 minutes before our check-in time, but did a good job getting things done quickly!

A grand home where every need is met. Beautiful interior, pool and ample parking. The dock is an awesome feature where our family fished and read daily. Sadly, the ocean view is blocked by a new build across the street, but not a big deal. If we knew our vacation dates for next year, we’d definitely book again.

We love this house- The beach view is a little more blocked with a newer house but it's still amazing. It is a short walk to the beach or a short drive to the ORV. It's great having a dock in the back and the fenced in yard is great for bringing the dog with us. The beds were beautifully made and ready with plenty of towels to use and a stocked kitchen. Good washer and dryer and lots of fridge space for snacks and drinks. The hot tub was a great plus with the cooler temps in the evening. Some challenges with things. Loose floorboards in some of the rooms, unfortunately the pool heater was broken but they were super fast and responsive with any issues or questions. Definitely would come back here!

Amazing Home-Didn't Want to Leave

House was in a great location with views of the sunrise and sunset. The kids loved the play room and we were able to fish right and swim without leaving. We will go back for sure. Host was great!

Excellent house with the potential to be absolutely amazing. Our family of 13 loved being by the ocean, on the sound, and having a great pool... the best vacation house pool we have ever had!The view of the sound! Beautiful sunrises and gorgeous sunsets. Who cares that houses are being built that block the ocean view!! The Sound is more captivating. Now, if the house had better and safer furniture on all of the decks, then the house would be amazing! Some of the outdoor furniture was not only broken but rusty and dangerous. All of the bedrooms and beds were great. Each of the second floor bedrooms have huge bathrooms...even the bunkroom. With the bunks that have trundle beds...over 10 kids could sleep in there. The top floor has two bedrooms that share a jack and jill bedroom. The top floor living room faces the sound which is perfect. The kitchen is also on the top floor and is very functional with an island. It also has seperate big two shelf refrigerator beside the main fridge which was helpful. Toys...the house came with 2 foam board surf boards, two paddle boards, a couple of boogie boards, and several umbrella/shade devices. The boat house is a cool place for both coffee in AM and wine in PM. The water by boat house is only about 3 feet deep. There are crab pots off of the dock which were fun for our grandkids. Most of the flood lights and some of the outdoor sockets do not work. However, the maintenance guy was super helpful.

Bliss

We have stayed at this property three times. It is unlike any house on the island. As you look out of the front, you see the beautiful, blue ocean. In the back, you are directly on the sound with your own private dock. The furnishings are gorgeous and the house is spacious. That's not all! You have a private pool, a hot tub, and an elevator. True bliss.

Heaven on Earth

We have been making family memories at Topsail Island for seven years. This house is, by far, one of the best properties on the island. Oceanfront view in the front, bayside view in the back with a glorious dock and gazebo, private pool, elevator, spacious rooms, and too many amenities to mention. We just left and have already booked for next year. Betsy, (the Property Manager), was very responsive and a pleasure to work with. We highly recommend visiting a little bit of heaven on earth by visiting this beautiful vacation home.

This house checks all the boxes for a large group!

This is the second year in a row that we have stayed here. We had a wonderful stay each time. Our group ranges from 10yrs old to 71yrs old. There is more than enough room for everyone to spread out and have private time or join together to have family time. The pool and hot tub were used almost everyday. The dock had one of us on it almost consistently from sun up to sun down. And for those of us who love sand between our toes, the beach access is across the street. Betsy and Melissa were very responsive to our needs and questions. The house comes stocked with everything you need. We highly recommend this property! You won’t be disappointed!

Coastal Haven

What a wonderful place to stay on Topsail Island. This was the perfect place for our family with 6 spacious bedrooms, with actual sleeping space for 18 people. The kitchen is a dream for a large group. It's well equipped with everything you need. The dining room is huge and there is seating for 18 total people between the huge dining room table, and 2 bars. The bathrooms are fabulous! The view of Alligator Bay is wonderful and the sunsets are stunning. This property afforded my family to spend time at the beach, spend time in the pool, fish off the pier, go kayaking and more. Betsy was a fabulous property manager. We had a couple minor issues and she handled them very quickly for us. Gene the maintenance man is a doll. If I were to make any suggestions for the property, it would be to add a cordless vacuum for guests, to avoid so much sweeping. Property is clean, neat, and well appointed. We will definitely return, and of course use Betsy!

The house was good, clean, & had everything we needed. Short walk to the beach access (was worried about the lack of sidewalk with kids, but cars were good about stopping & letting us cross). Kids loved the playroom, rock wall, & the hot tub. One room was supposed to be a king & was actually a queen, so we had to squeeze but it was fine. We loved the pier & the kids spent one evening fishing - caught a bunch! The kids bunk room was great & fit all 5 of them well.The house is showing some wear & tear. The wood furniture by the pool is in rough shape, tables on the upper deck were completely warped so we could only sit on one side. There was a pile of rusted metal stuff near the pool/grill area (old umbrellas & furniture?) The pool area was lacking good lighting for night swimming, but was a nice size for 13 people to hang out in. It has so much potential with some nice furniture, better tables, etc to make it a great party area!One major issue was the upstairs air conditioning went out, ultimately resulting in needing a new compressor. Not anyone's fault - BUT the maintenance service was SO responsive and they fixed it that afternoon!! We were so grateful not to have to squish everyone on the 2nd floor for sleeping (it was a 100degrees heat index that day!) Overall we had a great week with family, even with a few of the issues that popped up. If you have a big group with kids, it's a good house!
