Charming and cozy, this studio cottage is great for a little get-away. It is conveniently located just a 15-minute walk from the South Bank River Walk, where you can easily hop on the River Ferry to catch a home game. The cottage is also near the trendy San Marco neighborhood, just across the bridge from downtown, and only a short drive from the beaches. We hope we get the chance to host you!

Small space for the basic needs of a short stay. Close to downtown and has many access points to get to where you need to go. Location was great. Neighborhood was quiet and friendly.

I would like to say that the host of this VRBO was very informative and great with communication. The check in process was easy, and they were amazing about attending to any needs that I had. Also the neighbors in the area are super friendly.

I loved my stay!! The place was lovely and felt safe. I had no issues getting in contact with the hosts either. The patio in the backyard is probably my favorite thing ever. I would definitely stay here again!

This is a lovely cottage with an impressive roomy bathroom and clean kitchen with new appliances. The private back patio is a great spot to relax and the parking spot has direct access to the street. Overall I enjoyed our stay here particularly how quiet it was. The host replies quickly and is very friendly and helpful.

Great hideaway

Very nice stay. The host is very helpful and communicated well before and during our stay. Accommodations were thoughtful and well placed throughout the tiny space. The kitchen amenities were plentiful (spices, coffee, silverware/utensils, cookware, cups/etc.) Back porch was a nice spot to sit and enjoy any time of the day (minus the mosquitos). Great location / within walking distance (~3mi) to San Marco and a short drive to most anything else in the area.

Lovely stay

Great little place to stay for two weeks. Very clean and new appliances and just the right amount of Kitchen utensils. Had a problem with the door lock. (It was the batteries.) Excellent communication with the speedy repair and didn't affect my stay at all. I'd stay there again anytime!

Awesome Stay!

I stayed for 3 weeks, and it couldn't have been better. The service from Ivonne was incredible; she was always attentive to any problems that arose. They offer any type of necessity, and if something is missing, she will make sure to get it. The entire apartment is clean, with a spacious bathroom and a large bed. It is well-located in a very pleasant neighborhood, perfect for walking or jogging. In short, I am very happy with everything, especially the service and hospitality. 10/10

Never again

Huge disappointment from start to finish. No water in the rental and very very poor communications with host. I cancelled my stay and requested a refund vis VBRO customer support and that process was unnecessarily cumbersome.

Kathleen, we are truly sorry about your experience. We were notified that a pipe broke on the night of your arrival. We immediately called plumbers, but they struggled to find the right pipe size due to late hours, causing a delay. We then contacted a larger company and requested an emergency service, which they were able to resolve by the following afternoon, a few hours after your departure. I understand that this was not the experience you anticipated, and we genuinely apologize for the inconvenience. Please know that as responsible hosts we made every effort to rectify the situation as quickly as possible to ensure your comfort. Thank you for considering our property.

We were expecting something different.

We spent 3 days only in the property . Before we got there I was charged for the amount of $79 per police pets. They didn’t see when I did make the reservation and the pets was included in it . They did charge for it without a reason making me feel uncomfortable before we even got there. Then they canceled the payment request but I was frustrated already because they are not serious about it. Also, the mattress was not even in the comfort of the bed and we came back with a lot back pain. The floor was not clean at all, ect—— The only plus I could add to it—the property is located in the middle of the entire city. That’s!!

The stay started out fine. The space was clean and mostly as described, though the seating was a daybed rather than a couch/chair, and the washer/dryer mentioned appeared to be outside and was never clearly explained. We also did not receive the access code automatically and had to request it while driving in on Christmas Eve.The unit itself is very small, similar to a mother-in-law suite, which we expected and were fine with.On the third night of our stay (Fri, Dec. 26), the bed frame collapsed while my husband was sitting on it. The particle board split, screws pulled out, and the mattress fell to the floor at an angle. My husband weighs about 215 lbs and I weigh about 225 lbs. This was clearly a structural failure of the bed.It took about 20 minutes to hear back from the host, who could only be contacted through Vrbo messaging. They said they might be able to contact someone the next day to “see how we can solve the situation,” which offered no immediate solution. Given the size of the unit, there was nowhere to move the mattress, and we still had four nights remaining. With no safe sleeping option, we packed up and moved to a hotel.The next day around 11:20 AM, the host asked if we would be there for several hours so they could look at the bed. We told them no (they could come in). That was the last communication we received—no confirmation of repairs, no further apology, and no follow-up. We spent the remaining four nights of our stay in a hotel.

This cottage is perfect! Clean and quiet.. had extras like hair dryer and toiletries.. coffee, seasonings, etc! The location was within 6-8 min of downtown so very convenient for our needs! And Ivonne was the best host, excellent communication and friendly! Highly recommend and hope to stay there again!
