This condo is perfect for your weekend getaway. Centrally located near the SHARC and Village Mall, you will be able to enjoy this peaceful condo near the 15th fairway of the Meadow House Golf Course.

This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom comfortably sleeps 6. On the first floor, there is a Queen bedroom adjoined to the jack’n’hall bathroom. The bathroom comes with a tub/shower combo. You can also enjoy the reading room with a great book snuggled up in front of the fire.

The kitchen is well-appointed and has a kitchen bar separating the living room and dining area. The dining area seats 6 comfortably with 2 additional seats at the counter of the island.

Great Place

Nice condo on the golf course in a convenient location in the center of Sunriver. When we arrived it was about 90 degrees and we discovered the unit has no central air conditioning. One BR has a portable AC, the others have to make do with fans. We were also surprised by the extra fees including about 180 in order to use the “SHARC” community swimming pool, which we never used. Unit was short on paper towels and toilet paper and the BBQ really needed a deep cleaning. Excellent TVs in nearly every room, but they all had an annoying voice feature that we could not mute. All in all, a nice but not outstanding condo in a really fun and beautiful resort—great for families. Lots of bike paths, hiking trails, pickleball courts, golf and water sports on the Deschutes River.

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy property in Sunriver! It was clean, comfortable, and had plenty of space for our family. The vintage cottage décor made it feel warm and inviting. It was well stocked with everything we needed, especially the kitchen, which had plenty of dishes, utensils, and spices. The host was friendly and responsive to all of our questions.One thing I wish I had looked into beforehand was the SHARC passes—they include access to the community pool, marina, and other great amenities. We simply didn't have enough time to experience everything they offered.The only minor downside was the lack of central A/C, which is common in Oregon. There is a portable A/C unit upstairs, and opening the windows at night cooled the property down nicely. Just something to keep in mind if you visit during summer.The property is about a 15-minute drive from the Lava River Cave, which was incredible. We also drove about 45-minutes to visit Hosmer Lake, and it was absolutely beautiful.Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely rent this property again. Thank you!

This property needs air conditioning very bad. There is one upstairs in one of the bedrooms but it in no way cools even the upstairs and it was very loud so after 2 nights of off and on sleep I finally turned it off and opened the window. It gets very warm. You must open the windows upstairs in the evenings or you will not be able to sleep. However, there seems to be maybe some issues with the screens as when you open the windows there are a ton of bugs when you wake up in bed with you. The landscape needs some work as you are not even able to get to the garbage cans without being scraped by the bushes. But at the time we were there they were removing trees and doing some maintenance in the yard so maybe they are getting ready to do all that. But...you are truly paying for the location of the condo to the SHARC Center and The Village, both are within walking distance and that part is AMAZING. The beds are very comfortable and the condo is very well stocked with anything you could need to cook. It is also very cozy. The back deck area is beautiful and very private even though you are on the golf course.

Perfect sunriver spot

This was an ideal rental for my family and friends. The kitchen was stocked and all of the furnishings comfortable and clean. Great location across from SHARC and not too far from main plaza. Would stay again I recommend

Wonderful weekend getaway!

We had a great weekend. The only issue was that we didn't stay longer! The property was clean and very comfortable. My teenagers loved the SHARC, so having the passes was a plus. We can't wait to go back!

We had a really nice stay and will be back

The unit was as described and perfect for our family of four. There was ample room to spread out and be away from others to read a book. The den with the fireplace was my favorite room. The deck was also nice. Looking forward to visiting again someday.

Perfect fit!

The property was great for our family! Our 4 children had plenty of room and we appreciated being able to have the primary bedroom downstairs and putting the kids upstairs. The location can’t be beat and the fully stocked kitchen and multiple TVs were a plus.

Great Location, Would Stay Again

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location, would easily stay here again. Pictures are accurate. This reminded us a little of our grandma’s cabin. Slightly dated furniture, decorations, quilts, cutesy dishes(but plenty of them-plus plenty of utensils, pots and pans, even an air fryer that we didn’t use), and a full cabinet of expired spices. The home had an older smell but after initially arriving we didn’t notice it. Loved that it was on the golf course (kids could play in the grass behind the unit) and steps from the SHARC. The village was an easy walk or bike ride away. Loved the included SHARC passes (they include 6). Things the unit provided that weren’t listed: pool towels, hair dryer, conditioning shampoo, bar soap, keurig and regular coffee machine, some games and outdoor toys (frisbee). Some things included that we didn’t use, so not sure on condition: pack n play, inflatable mattress, baby gates. A few other things to note: the carpet upstairs and in the bedroom seemed newer. The upstairs got warm but they do provide a few fans and an air conditioner for the upstairs bedroom. The water ran cold after a few showers, so good to space those out. Would have loved if they provided a few bikes but not an issue. Communication prior to check in was quick and easy. Minimal checkout instructions-take garbage out and start dish washer. The area seemed quiet. We were initially hesitant to book since it didn’t have many reviews. Glad we decided to go with this location!
