Cooled by the gentle trade winds that blow constantly through the Turks & Caicos Islands, Lux Solaris is one of the most enviable exclusive beach villas in the Leeward area on Providenciales. This 2-bedroom masterpiece with full ensuite bathrooms is just a 3-minute walk from an uncrowded stretch of beach just east of Grace Bay.

Lux Solaris is the perfect vacation accommodation for the guest who wants to blend indoor and outdoor living. The luxury villa boasts a large private pool (12 feet by 20 feet, 5 feet continuous depth) bordered by a lush tropical garden of bougainvillea and swaying palms. We have furnished the terrace with plush seating, outdoor daybeds, and a covered elegant dining area where you can stargaze over dinner.

Ideal for small families or couples, this fully air-conditioned private villa comes with two king-sized beds, a fully-stocked kitchen, luxury linens, towels, robes, and bath products, and portable chairs and coolers you can use at your leisure for beach days and sunset watching. Guests also have access to a four-seater electric beach cart they can use for easy access to Sunset Beach.

Great Stay!

We had the best stay at Lux Solaris! Christina greeted us when we arrived and stayed in touch during the entire stay. The first night the main AC wasn’t working and she quickly resolved the issue! The property was clean and within the perfect proximity to the beach. We can’t wait to visit again!!

Home away from Home

This was probably our fourth time staying at Sunset Beach villas and it’s our top choice on the island. The community is safe and the villas are beautiful and comfortable. We had such a good time that we are now considering a return visit for the Holidays this year!

Amazing!!!

Can't say enough good things about this villa. It was clean, comfortable, open, and had everything we needed. The staff was amazing and on top of all our requests. We actually stayed during Hurricane Melissa stopping by and the staff made us feel safe, checked on us almost every day, and had a backup plan for us should we have lost power. We will be back to Turks and Caicos. And we will be staying here again.

Beautiful Property!

This villa was an amazing place to stay! Modern finishes with high ceilings and two spacious bedrooms with king beds and ensuites. The pool area is private and a wonderful sandy beach is only a few minutes away by the provided gold cart. A special shout-out to Jessica who answered all of our questions and helped make our stay memorable.

Lux Solaris in the Sunset Villa was wonderful. The villa was immaculate. Jessica was very responsive to all our needs or questions. The beach access is easy and daily chair set up was perfect. The villa was perfect as a home base for our week in TCI. Highly recommend. Exceptional!

Best Vacation, Best Location

I'm not really sure 5 stars is even enough to rate our vacation and stay at Sunset Beach Villas. Upon arrival we met with Christina who went over everything with us and answered all of our questions. This was our first time in Turks and Caicos but it will not be our last. Christina set us up with beach chair service which we did daily and it was worth it. The beach almost seems like its your own private spot, and I hate to even tell anyone as it was just so perfect and relaxing. Any questions we may have had she was available to answer. Having the golf cart was just an extra bonus as it made it very easy to get back and forth to the beach. The house really had everything you need to have the best possible vacation from the outside grill space to the lounge chairs. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans as well as all the outside grill utensils. The property itself is well maintained, its really impossible to have anything to complain about. We met Wendy the property manager the day we were leaving and she was an absolute delight! The location made is so easy for us to access everything without feeling like you were in tourist area. We will be back and without a doubt will be staying at Sunset Beach Villas!
