Southern Hospitality Vacation Rentals Policy for VRBO guests:
After receipt of your booking, we will contact you directly to answer add'l questions and give you more details about the reservation process. We require all guests to read and sign OUR rental agreement and terms for our condo. Rules of our beach home, payments and cancellation information is stated in our rental agreement. Final payment is due 60 days prior to arrival. REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT - a $500.00 "HOLD" will be placed on your credit card 7 days prior to your arrival. The credit card "HOLD" will be released within 48 hours after your departure subject to the following conditions stated in our rental agreement.

What a wonderful location and a great property. The views from the condo were beautiful and the condo felt larger than the pictures looked. The condo was clean and the owner was great to book with and provided great information for 1st timers to Destin. We can't wait to come back!!

Wonderful property

This condo was beautiful and clean and Andree was super helpful and kind from the very beginning. Easy access to the beach and other amenities as needed.

Great views, size, beach, and location

Condo was larger than expected, great views and location. Free beach chairs/umbrella service was included. Place was clean and great for our family of 3, but could easily support a family of 4-6.

Beautiful Condo

Our stay was wonderful. The owner kept in contact almost daily due to a plumbing issue that was resolved during the stay. The condo is beautifully decorated and has a well stocked kitchen. The views are gorgeous and relaxing. Check in/out process was easy. The beach is easy to access and beach service was friendly. Upon arrival, we met Bob at the main entrance and he was extremely pleasant and welcoming!! Our family will return again!!

Everything was great! Loved the few from the balcony. You didn’t see the neighbors beside you. Because of the the condo was built

The view was great. We were on the 6th floor! The chairs were perfect. The beach was beautiful! We ate some of the recommended places in the booklet. It was nice that each room had its on bathrooms. The furniture wasn’t broken. Nice set up! We will probably return next year! The outlet mall was just across the road also.

Relaxing and top of the line!

We had stayed at Mainsail once before and knew we wanted back in the building again so when I found the offer from Andreé I knew it was meant to be. She went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and all the information possible so there were no questions or concerns for our stay. The condo was absolutely STUNNING. So clean with everything we needed for our home away from home. The view was incredible and our entire family loved everything about our trip. Andreé provided a welcome booklet with local activities, contact info, how to check in and out, all the details about beach service. I mean it was almost like having our own personal digital chauffeur. I cannot say enough good things about our condo, the staff or our stay. We will absolutely be back! Also this is the perfect condo if you like to have your coffee on the porch in the morning as it rises behind you and then enjoy the cool evening sunset in front of you!

Lovely stay at beautiful resort

This small business knows how to treat their customers. From checking in, to checking out and everything in-between, they lay out your stay perfectly. The unit was clean, nicely decorated, and well equipped. There were spa like toiletries and nice sheets and towels. Enjoyed the beach chairs and umbrella that came with the unit. Nice not having to lug all that from home. This company makes sure your experience is top notch. Doesn't hurt that we had ten sunny days either!

I want to preface this review by saying that I am very particular. I have NEVER stayed in a unit this well equipped. There was not one single thing that we needed that wasn't there. We are a family that likes to cook and eat in. This kitchen was perfect with everything you would have at home. I have never been in a unit this clean. It was literally spotless with great bedding and towels. We even had dark chocolate in each bedroom. The view was spectacular because it was an entire side of the unit. We turned the chair around and sat inside and looked at the beautiful view while in the air conditioning. Andree with Southern Hospitality sends the best e-book to give any information that you could even imagine. In addition, we were able to check in early and received a text that it was available, AND she even checked to see if everything was as expected. WOW—just spectacular! This is your go-to unit or any unit that Southern Hospitality manages. Andree is your gal!!!

Our family lives in New Orleans and we own condominiums in the Blue Mountain Beach and Destin/Miramar Beach area. New beginnings and a new venture began for us in 2019! We opened a management company called Southern Hospitality Vacation Rentals. We are managing condos at Mainsail and the Majestic Sun in Miramar Beach along with condos in the Blue Mountain Beach area on 30a. We have been most fortunate to "hand pick" these properties and I think you will be pleased with our new additions.

We are not a large faceless corporation, marketing group or large impersonal rental agency. These are our second homes that we would like to share with you! Being frequent occupants as well as owners, we strive to make all the little details of our condos as home like and inviting as possible. We pride ourselves on our personal service and we feel that one stay at our beautiful condos and you will be back!

The area has many restaurants, superb shopping from boutiques, antique stores to the largest outlet mall in the South located across the street. You can also catch your dinner with a fishing excursion, para sail, play a round of golf or just kick back and people watch.

Mainsail Resort is located directly on the beach -- and is a hidden GEM for those of you who have never visited. Once you stay here, you realize. This property has the widest private beach in the area. And most of all there are no roads to cross. The property is a gated community and is very family friendly.
And if you need a few things, you don't have to venture far at all. There is a grocery store, restaurants, a beach store all right outside the gates of the hidden gem.
