This newly decorated LAKE FRONT, three bed, three bath vacation cottage located in the quaint and charming Laurel Grove community located in the only five star resort on the Emerald Coast. THIS beach cottage is beautifully appointed with a lovely collection of trendy coastal style furnishings that invite our guests to relax and stay awhile. Guests may take the golf carts to the beach from this home in 10-12 minutes or they can easily access grand boulevard for shopping, fine dining, a movie and even grocery shopping.

This cottage is perfectly situated directly on the lake with with golf course views. The Laurel Grove clubhouse, located within easy walking distance, features a sparkling blue swimming pool (seasonally heated), hot tub, exercise room, full kitchen and an outdoor grilling area. There are several ponds at Laurel Grove suitable for catch and release fishing. The village at Baytowne Warf is located on the bay for family friendly activities as well as a vibrant night life. This Resort also offers four world class golf courses, walking trails, bicycle paths, and activities too numerous to list!

Your beach vacation starts at the front door with an inviting sunny family room – travertine floors, a sleeper sofa, a Smart TV, so guests may access a wide range of shows and movies via streaming apps through the high speed WIFI provided. With 2190 square feet, our cottage is newly updated, and offers plenty of space for everyone. Our fully stocked gourmet kitchen with granite countertops and GE Profile stainless steel appliances is a must have for family dinners. There is also an outdoor grill! RELAX AND Spend a little time taking in a peaceful view of the golf course and lake from the back porch.

All of this combines to make the perfect vacation spot only 1 1/2 miles from the vibrant Village of Baytowne Wharf complete with shopping, dining and nightlife. The Resort has a private beach with a beach side restaurants often accompanied by a local live band. There are also 4 championship golf courses within the resort in addition to the world class tennis courts.

There is even a grocery, clothing and restaurants nearby Grand Boulevard Mall attached to the resort, including miles of running /walking /rollerblading / bike riding trails throughout the resort with a lighted tunnel under the highway for total resort access.

The golf cart is a great way to explore and see all the resort has to offer. You can use the tunnel to get to the beach or shop, dine and be entertained at Grand Boulevard or the Village without having to get in your car! This property features a 4 person cart and an optional second 6 person golf cart! Note: golf carts may vary from the ones in the photo.

The neighborhood pool is heated during the winter holidays. This house also has access to the Phil Hummel SOA pool which is heated year round.
