Great house. Location was great. The only problem we had was with the bunk bed on the 3rd floor and the sofa bed (they both need to be replaced). Other than that the property was great and very nice!

Everything was wonderful with the property. The only complaint that I have is the dining room table was very tacky and sticky upon arrival and it was nothing we could do to clean it, but cover it with a tablecloth.

Loved our stay in Always Sunny

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location for this house. Super easy walk to the uncrowded beach area. Pool was nice in the late afternoon after a day on the beach. Close to grocery stores. Pictures and descriptions are accurate. Bedding was comfortable and everyone was able to have their own space. Only downside was the lack of cookware in the kitchen if you plan to cook instead of eating out. Had to go purchase several items such as skillets and larger bowls just to make simple meals for our family of 10. Luckily we brought a few things from home because it’s a very bare kitchen. If you plan to eat out, won’t be an issue. Overall a great place for our family to enjoy!

Thank you for the detailed feedback! We’re glad you enjoyed the great location, easy beach access, and relaxing pool time. It’s wonderful to hear everyone had comfortable bedding and their own space. We appreciate your note about the kitchen cookware — that’s helpful for us to consider for future improvements. We’re happy your family had a great stay overall and would love to welcome you back anytime!
