The house is located at the famous Esquimalt Lagoon and offers a lovely outside space over looking the Juan de Fuca straight with amazing views of the ocean and Olympic mountains. Enjoy the peaceful surroundings and breath taking views and the convenience of being only 15-20 minutes from Downtown Victoria.
The space
Everything you would ever need for a comfortable stay is just a quick drive away. Groceries/Bars/Coffee shops/Liquor stores/Malls etc..
Bedrooms: Two comfortable and tastefully decorated bedrooms, one with a queen-sized bed and the other bedroom has 2 single sized beds, plush linens, and ample storage space.
Living Area: A cozy living room with comfortable seating, a flat-screen TV, and large windows that frame stunning ocean views.
Kitchen: Fully equipped with modern appliances, including a stove, refrigerator, microwave, and all the essentials for preparing delicious meals.
Dining Area: An inviting space with a table for four, perfect for enjoying meals while taking in the ocean views.
Bathroom: A well-appointed bathroom featuring a shower and tub, stocked with fresh towels and essential toiletries.
Outdoor Space: A lovely garden patio overlooking the ocean, furnished with seating and a dining set for al fresco meals or relaxing with a book.

The unit Works best for 3 guests, or 2 adults and 2 children if you are 4 all together.
House Rules:
-There is no smoking on the property ( including vaping )
-Parties and loud noises will not be tolerated
-Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am to respect all neighbours.
-NO PETS allowed
-Only the number of registered guests are allowed to stay in the house
**If not followed you will be asked to leave and you could be fined.**
