I am excited to share our 2 bedroom apartment on Calle Sol. One of the nicest streets in historic San Juan. Sleeps comfortably 4 on 1 queen bed and 2 twin beds with A/Cs in both bedrooms, fans for the living room, and WiFi

It has a great view from the 3rd/top floor of the building into courtyard (no elevator).

Located centrally to historic sites and attractions plus restaurants, coffee shops, bars, and grocery store

The high ceilings, the balcony/hall views and the combination of old San Juan and modern PR vibes makes this place feel breathtaking and unique. If you're visiting for vacations or for work, this is the best place!

The kitchen is equipped with utensils, pan, plates, cups, coffee maker, toaster and anything you need to make yourself a delicious meal. The grocery store is just a 4 min walk.

The beds are set with hypoallergenic sheets to offer the most comfortable sleep. We provide bathroom towels for every guest. The apartment is on a third floor, has an hallway exterior facing balcony. You might find street noise, its part of living in one of the best spots and a full of life street, with great restaurants and many bars surround our building. :) Its a 1900's building that has no elevator, but its worth every step!

Our family really enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect, a little removed from the bussle of the main streets and a 5-10 walk to anywhere in old San Juan (including for our 6 yo which says a lot!). The bedrooms had A/C, the whole apt was very clean. We had awkward times for arrival and departure and Carlos was incredibly accommodating with allowing us to store our bags. Would definitely recommend!

This was a great location in old San Juan. Earplugs may be nessasary for some due to an active nightlife in the surrounding area

The apartment is wonderful, cute, and full of character. and its location in old San Juan is just perfect. Street parking is not an option, but there are multiple lots nearby. Bedroom AC units were a welcome respite from the heat. The host was communicative and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay and couldn’t have asked for a better base in Old San Juan. The apartment is beautifully situated with a stunning view at night and the location is ideal—easy access to everything we wanted to explore, yet quiet, calm, and relaxing when we were ready to unwind. It was the perfect balance of being right in the heart of things while still feeling peaceful and comfortable. Getting in and out was easy, the space felt well cared for, and we genuinely looked forward to coming back at the end of each day. We’d absolutely stay here again and would recommend it without hesitation.

Charming historical stay with a unique layout. We had a great stay in this historical Old San Juan apartment. The location was fantastic, and both check-in and check-out were a breeze. The property was pretty clean, had what we needed, and was nice for its age. As noted in the listing, it is located on the third floor with no elevator, and it is a lot of steps to climb.It does feature a unique, open-air layout. When you walk in, there is an open hallway exposed to the outside, and each room has its own door. The living room area is not air-conditioned and gets quite hot, though a fan is provided. Since the living room does have a door, it would be a great upgrade if the host added an A/C unit there in the future. In the meantime, it is important to keep the doors closed to prevent mosquitoes from getting in. Fortunately, the bedrooms have excellent air conditioning and the beds were very comfortable. Overall, the apartment was incredibly charming, and we loved the historic experience!

The unit definitely has an old-world charm. Please note, this is an open-air concept. When you enter the front door, you are on a balcony. The kitchen is fully open to the elements, and the bedrooms open to the balcony. We found it to be very neat, but unexpected. Carlos was awesome with communication, and he provided many great things to do around the city.Pros: Amazing location, close to everything and great to walk around Old San Juan, neat concept, gives you a real European feelCons: Do not expect to be spoiled with air conditioning while watching TV

Very nice location!

The keypad confused us a little at the beginning but after we were good! Amazing location very walkable to so many stores and restaurants and night life. The rental was very cute and if we’re ever back in San Juan we will definitely be staying here again!

A piece of Old San Juan character. Location was centric, close to entertainment and restaurants. Walking distance to everything in Old San Juan. Even with the limitations that the Island might suffer from electricity and water, our host ensured we were cared for by providing water jugs. Very pleased with our stay.

Beautiful larger size apartment with two bedrooms and a huge living area. Extremely open (balcony connects all rooms) yet also very private with a nice blend of in/outdoors for those that like that. AC is only in bedrooms. Like most everything in Old San Juan, close to everything one might need for a beautiful time in PR.

Property was exactly as described and very historically charming. The location was also excellent. We had some issues with water pressure and hot water for the shower but I understand there was work being done in the city that affected it. Would definitely stay again!

Old San Juan Charm

I loved this place. Perfect location, the ambience, beauty, the architecture, it was just what I was looking for. Carlos was the best in communication! I would definitely recommend this place if you want to experience the old school ambiance with a touch of modernization.
