Upstay were very helpful, responded quickly and efficiently to communication, and checked in often to see how we were during the stay, excellent service.The kitchen had everything needed, large fridge, hobs, microwave etc.The bed isn't very soft, however I found it comfortable and more than big enough. The televisions both worked fine and had a lot of channels to choose from. The sofa bed isn't very comfortable, but it gets the job done. The sofa itself is very comfortable.The shower was fine, a bit fiddly with the temperature controls, the pressure is highest when its hot, and if you want colder water its lower pressure. The tap in the bathroom is quite leaky and makes a high pitched whine when fully open but they weren't serious issues.The air con worked really well, responsive controls and strong airflow. It was quite dusty when we first arrived but Upstay replaced the filter upon request quickly and without a fuss.I think the only gripe I had was that the door lock uses magnetic key cards which can very easily lose function due to e.g. phone or other cards being near them. There were quite a few occasions where we went to the room, the key card didn't work and we had to go reception to get the strip redone, which is a hassle. It's not a constant issue but a bit annoying, I think the lock should be changed to a keypad or manual lock.Overall however, I would definitely reccomend, the condo is fantastic value, & great location near I drive, Disney, Universal, Seaworld.

Prima verblijf, met name voor langere periode. Het is ruim en compleet. Ruime koelkast en mogelijkheid om zelf te koken.
