Check in process was done with easy and the home was very clean. Porch was a nice place to relax after a busy day. Host was a 10 out of 10, very hospitable and pleasant.

Very clean and good amenities. Beds were really comfortable. Great location close to Beaches, Restaurants, Coffee Shops, Old San Juan and the Airport. Communication with hosts was good.

One of the greatest outcomes a stay can have is becoming almost invisible— because everything simply works. This was a lovely 2 bedroom apartment conveniently located in San Juan. Most go-to places are a 6-10 minute walk away— pharmacy, restaurants, the beach, a grocery store.The apartment itself is furnished with all the essentials: towels, WiFi, TVs, A/C in the bedrooms, kitchenware, a refrigerator, a jacuzzi, comfy beds, and a fun patio area. Hosts were friendly and incredibly accommodating. I did have to nudge for the check-in and check-out details, but otherwise they were absolutely terrific.

Nice place close to the beach and an awesome backyard to chill in the evening. Host was great. The host allowed us to check in early because our flight was arriving at 5am. Uber or Lyft were 5 to most active you would like to visit.The supper market is 6m walking and it’s 24h

The place was clean and cozy. There was a nice back patio that was private and allowed for some outdoor time away from the hustle and bustle of the town. The owners were super friendly and accommodating and the location was perfect. Easy walks to the beach and to restaurants and the supermarket. It's a great value and location.

Great place! It’s in a great location walking distance to La Placita and other places. We had a great time staying it and it was very cozy. Host was very accommodating and always answered when I had a question. I would recommend to anyone and would definitely stay there again

Host was available on site which was great because my phone had died and I couldn't access my email. We stayed as a family of 4 and kids loved the smart tv and the jacuzzi. Parents liked having parking, beach towels, and washing machine/dryer available. Check-in/check-out was easy. About a 5-10 minute walk from grocery stores and coffee shops. About 15 min drive to Old San Juan.

This was a really cute place super close to la placita and the beach, as well as a cute area with lots of restaurants and little shops. Good amount of space for four people, comfy beds and sofa, clean bathroom, and decently equipped kitchen for a short stay. Wifi was a little iffy but ultimately not a dealbreaker. We ended up spending more time here than expected because of the rain and were totally comfortable. Honestly would totally recommend for the location alone! (Side note: no Bad Bunny waiting for us despite being in the description? weird…. )

Haha — great catch 😄 We included that reference because during Bad Bunny’s residency in Puerto Rico, the property became a convenient stay point for people looking to be close to the concert area, so it naturally turned into a bit of a landmark in that moment. At the same time, the place has its own story beyond that. It’s actually been part of behind-the-scenes production and logistics conversations connected to the Super Bowl, and we’re currently in the process of receiving a small commemorative plaque recognizing it as one of the spots where those decisions were shaped. So it carries a mix of energy — a little bit of music, a little bit of history — all layered into the space.

The place was great, just as described. The host was easy to reach, we had a little issue with the hot water and he responded immediately. It was clean and comfortable and the a/c nice and cold. The only issue we had was the noise level was bad in the smaller bedroom. Noise could be heard until 3am. We just stayed one night but if your staying longer, bring ear plugs. Overall we had a nice time and i would recommend it to others.

This little piece of heaven is just that! From the moment we arrived, it was clear how much care and thought went into making it comfy cozy! They layout is perfect, everything we needed was readily available and the location was ideal: convenient, quiet, and close to everything we wanted to do. Small details made a big difference, and nothing was overlooked.The back patio was a delight to have our coffee or enjoy a glass....or two of vino! Very safe location, never even felt like we needed to have a worry. Great vibe's overall!!Communication was seamless and the entire stay was stress free from start to finish! Wish we could have stayed longer, but this was a layover before we went on a cruise.I would not look any further when we come back to PR, I will definitely be staying here again. My casa away from home!

Easter weekend trip

The property was very clean and well maintained. We arrived during a blackout and had some reservations as to when power might be restored. Everything worked out fine. Steven was a gracious host and very accommodating.

Beautiful Property In a Beautiful Neighborhood!

The neighborhood is so cute and close to everything like the beach, amazing restaurants, and fun things to do. The back yard is well kept and the coverings allowed us to enjoy the hot tub when the rain decided to do its thing! Meaning we never had to stop having fun! Everything was clean and ready for us. We would definitely come again!

Short & Sweet

My family & I enjoyed our short stay at this property. It was exactly as advertised. Very clean with modern accessories. Great location. You can walk to many restaurant's & the beach as well as local fruit market by day that looks to be a hotspot at night. The owners are very friendly & responsive if you need anything. And my teens enjoyed the jacuzzi. I would recommend.

In the middle of everything

This apartment was in the middle of pretty much everywhere. I wanted to be not too far away from the beach and very close to the happening night spots. One thing I will say about this rental is the bed is the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in in my life, and I keep forgetting to message the owner and find out where the hell he got it
